Super delicious food with very helpful staff, definitely worth a visit

Cozy and with wonderful, wonderful food. Felt like we were back in the Middle East. The female Ukrainian waiter was friendly and helpful.

Super nice to have a real Lebanese restaurant where the food is simply so good. We have already been there three times :). The only problem is that you don't get a - real - glass of wine, but the service and the food make up for it. We have both had semi-picky children with us, who were also happy with the food. One suggestion: The restaurant's interior could do a little more for the Middle Eastern "feel" :)

Lots to choose from on the menu. The food was nice and the waiter visibly really wanted to do a good job. We had an enjoyable meal.

It was a good experience to have dinner at Sct. Gertrud's Lebanese Brunch and Grill. It was like being pampered by a Lebanese mother. The food was really good. There was delicious food for both meat eaters and vegans. We ate our fill for under 200 kr. each. That's a good price for everything we got.

but the food disappointed Sct. Gertrud Libanesisk Brunch & Grill in Køge has a nice and cozy interior (4 stars) and a good atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made the visit pleasant on the human front. We started with two appetizers, which were unfortunately partially frozen. An additional dish with vine leaves was also cold – not frozen, but not freshly prepared either. It was a bit of a disappointing start. For the main course, we got two plank steaks ordered medium rare, but they came far overcooked – dry and without flavor or energy. The mashed potatoes were unfortunately also dry and lacked the creamy consistency that you associate with a good mashed potato. We also ordered two 3-spear menus, which were ok, but nothing special. The bread was boring, and although the food generally looked nice, it lacked flavor, power and soul. The prices are on the high end, and the overall yield does not quite match the level. When paying, we mentioned our experience, and the staff took it well – we got about 100 kr. off as compensation. It wasn't anything that saved the experience, but it was a small patch on the wound and shows that they listen and take feedback seriously. Decor: 4 stars Atmosphere: 4 stars Food: 3 stars Overall, a lukewarm experience – with nice food and nice service, but too high a price, too dry food and too little flavor.
