Skruens København

There are really many (good) bakeries in Kbh. now. Skruen's was needed because otherwise you have to go on quite a trip in this area to find a baker. But then, let's be completely honest. It's ok, good sourdough bread and the staff are nice. But there is very little selection and the cakes are boring. I think there is a long way to go until Hart et al. But that is not the mission here either. It's small, local and sometimes open. (Just not on Sundays).
