Here you can taste classic Danish pork sandwiches and a beer from local brewery Møn. I need to admit that this place is very stylish and have a great atmosphere. It could taste much better if not only breed would be warm but also a slices of pork meat inside. Also the stek knives instead of classic butter knives would make it easier to cut. Beside that I don't have any suggestions. The Dark Sky beer from Møn brewery was delicious. PS. Lot of items inside the restaurant are for sell. For example thid art with a kobold playing on pipes.

A bit pricey and a hidden gem of a courtyard with a playground. It's a buffet restaurant. Meat is an additional cost. The wine menu is very limited. We came a bit late for dinner, and the staff was very welcoming and fast to explain the VERY over complex drinking ordering system and how the token works and further that you can order meat from the counter as an addition to the buffet. The buffet selection was not big nor small, and all the servings seemed quite freshly made. Good tasty salads, nicely made potatoes and fries. Bread was definitely on the dryer side. They were serving two different sauces, bearnaise and brown gravy, a bit bland taste; I believe they came from a bucket. I ordered a ribeye prepared rare. I got nearly perfectly prepared; the grill is a bit small, and I could suspect that in a big rush, it would be a bottleneck keeping up. In the back of the restaurant, they have a very cosy and beautiful courtyard; we had dinner there, and it was a perfect spot to enjoy the summer evening. In my opinion it is a big mistake they don't have a winemenu.

At first glance, the ambiance is appealing and the concept is good. Unfortunately, the buffet isn't as good as it seems and the quality is very inconsistent. Many convenience items alternate with homemade dishes. Unfortunately, you can taste it. The cleanliness of the room, the glasses, and the restrooms, leaves much room for improvement. The prices are too high for this quality.

Very nice staff and great food!

We had dinner at Slagter Stig yesterday. We paid 189 crowns per person for the open buffet vegetarian meals. The meals and salads were delicious. Also, those who want to buy meat can order carefully prepared meats from the butcher's section. You are given a key for the table you sit at in the restaurant. With this key, you can fill your glass with as much alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages as you want from the alcoholic beverage section. At the end, when you pay the bill, they take this key from you and calculate a calculation according to how many ml and which drink you bought. We really liked this restaurant, which has seating areas both inside and in the backyard, and its smiling staff. If you happen to be here, definitely stop by.

We had the rib-eye steak buffet twice in the early evening. They looked very appetizing raw, but were almost unrecognizable on the plate, as they had shrunk considerably (which says a lot about the quality of the meat). They were almost overcooked, but still tender. The all-you-can-eat side dish buffet for €25 per person, however, was a disgrace. Just simple salads (green, with pasta, or dressed), various types of potatoes, and bread. The salads tasted of nothing, or sometimes as if they'd been sitting for a long time. All in all, for us, it was an average experience at best, at the lower end of the scale, bordering on tourist rip-off.

You choose your own meat and then have it cooked. There are lots of side dishes with potatoes, sauce and salads. You get a kind of key to the drink system and pour yourself a drink. It is some of the best food I have ever had. The staff are very friendly and nice young people. They get 5 stars with an arrow upwards.

189kr for a buffet with salad, potatoes and sauce and then the meat price comes at 65kr + and up. I think 189kr is a bit too expensive
