Super tasty ramen, so rich in flavor. 😋

Yes, the ramen noodles and broth are delicious — and absurdly expensive, like everything in Copenhagen. The seats are uncomfortable and there’s basically no decor to discuss. The server was polite although obviously a bit overwhelmed. Beware an additional voluntary charge “to help farmers” — you can ask them to remove that from your bill. At 1:40 PM, we waited 35 minutes (out of curiosity!) to be admitted. Wouldn’t bother doing that again, though — time is too precious.

Very good! Vegetarian ramen was super exciting and unusual compared to what I'm used to. Nice staff, lots of people and nice place but it was so damn hot in there that it brings down the rating. We ate as fast as we could to get out into the fresh air again.

The ramen is fantastic. One of the best that I've eaten. The stuff is very friendly and kind. Highly reccomended.

As a huge ramen fan who's travelled quite a bit and tried bowls all over the world – especially in Japan – I was really curious about Slurp Ramen. I’ve walked past it plenty of times and always noticed the long queues, especially filled with tourists, so I figured it was finally time to give it a shot. I had the spicy miso an Nduja ramen, and my husband went for the shoyu. On paper, it sounds like they’ve put real effort into the ingredients and the flavour profiles. But honestly, it just didn’t come through in the taste. The spicy miso sounded promising, but the flavour was surprisingly bland. Creamy, yes, and warm and comforting in that way, but not spicy, not punchy – just forgettable. The shoyu ramen my husband had was even less memorable – it really didn’t taste like much at all. And I want a fan af the eggs. They were very sweet Price-wise, it’s very expensive. 185 DKK, and for that, you'd expect something flavourful, and generous. But it really wasn’t worth it. I also tried the yuzu lemonade, which was actually quite nice. The restaurant itself has a hip, stylish vibe, but it didn't feel warm or welcoming. The service wasn’t that bad, just a bit impersonal. All in all, I’d give it 3 out of 5 stars. Not terrible, but overpriced, overhyped, and unfortunately very forgettable.

I have tried a bit more than 100 ramen restaurants around the world including 40+ places in Japan and 12+ places in Copenhagen, and I really do not get the Slurp hype. This is my third time visiting Slurp, and this time I tried the Shoyu ramen. The noodles were tender, and decent, but nothing special. The egg was a bit too sweet for my taste. The broth was very basic and borderline boring. For a place only selling ramen this ramen was very "meh". There was nothing wrong with it as such, but I have had plenty of "cup noodle" ramens with better broths than this, which is saying a lot. The place it very popular, justifying its high price, but in my opinion the quality and pricing doesn't match. My favourite ramen place in Copenhagen is around 40 kr cheaper, and is so much more complex and deep in its taste. Probably won't give this place a fourth shot.

Ate Karaage and Shoyu Ramen. Karaage was a little lacking in salt, otherwise great. Ramen was fresh and tasty, good broth, good ingredients. But it needed a little more toppings considering the price. Seems to be a popular place as we had to queue for 20 minutes before we got in. Small and cozy. There is no toilet but close to the market hall and public toilet if needed.

En week end à Copenhague nous décidons suivant les recommandations du lonely planet d’aller dans le meilleur restaurant ramen de Copenhague. Malgré un peu d attente, quel régal! Différents bouillons avec différentes garnitures, un délice!
