This taste would be good enough to open a restaurant in Japan. It was very delicious ramen! But I wish they had a toilet in the restaurant.

Had the beef tartar and the gyozas as starters and a topinambur ramen. Everything was excellent, accompanied by friendly staff.

Is the price justified? Partly.
Noodles - outstanding
Toppings - mostly outstanding (Chashu - Tamago & Seaweed +)
Broth - Shoyu, very, very intense flavor that, for me, initially overpowered everything else. Veggie - this very intense and mushroomy broth unfortunately didn't suit my wife's taste at all.
Lined up at 6:45 PM. Got a table at around 7:20 PM.

I love this place. I'm working here now, and the atmosphere is great. Everyone has a smile on their face and they'll treat you very well. I've also heard from people I know that many places in Denmark use food from weeks ago. However, at this place, I've been able to verify that they make everything fresh. It's a lot of work! But the chefs and helpers are very, very fast and excellent because they make delicious food!

We had dinner at 5 PM so we wouldn't have to wait in line. I couldn't wait to try their ramen...it was really delicious, with high-quality ingredients (the egg was perfect!). The welcome and service were excellent, I hope to return soon!

The Shoyu is well assembled, unfortunately the mushroom & asparagus twist totally overpowers the entire dish. It takes a lot of courage to try to modify what is already a culinary culture of excellence and impeccable balance out of japan and in that they have failed. It’s still better than most of the cloudy broth garbage you get elsewhere. I’d recommend they don’t get cocky and stick to the classics.

Il miglior ramen della città.
Un locale stile omakase che serve antipasti sfiziosi e ramen realizzati ad opera d’arte.
Noi abbiamo scelto il semplice con pancetta, uovo marinato, crema di funghi e tartufo e lo speciale con brodo e nduja, maiale piccante, uovo marinato.
Se volete provarlo per la prima volta o già vi piace il ramen, Slurp è il posto giusto per gustarselo.

Había leído sobre el lugar y visto la línea ... así que cuando tuve un lunes libre y pude estar allí en el horario de apertura fue genial. Me senté de inmediato y lo pedí rápido. La comida era muy buena. Solo estoy triste de no haber estado aquí antes desde que viví aquí. ¡Volveré! ¡Gran ramen!
