Viggo eats up and thinks the egg was good, I was no longer hungry after my dish - what a feast

One of the best meals I've had. The Shio Ramen was something very special. Paired with tea. Not something I had thought about before I arrived. AMAZING. I also had the Amazu plate.. Wow. I had to wait for about half an hour but worth it. Will be recommending and returning.

Too much line for a Ramen that doesn't resemble a ramen. If you know anything about cooking, I don't recommend going to this place, much less waiting in line. Excellent service, they are very friendly. If you love all the ramen you try, this is your place. The fried chicken was very oily and the gyozas were more of the same. Regarding ramen, the shoyu ramen was a lightly processed soy broth that was excessively salty. The Nduja Miso Ramen was passable, somewhat more original but it was not a typical Ramen.

The ramen was very tasty, and the chefs were extremely kind and friendly, which left a positive impression. Unfortunately, the service left something to be desired – the guy serving the guests seemed as if he was unhappy about their presence. His lack of a smile and cold attitude created an unpleasant atmosphere from the start, making you want to eat quickly and leave, with no intention of returning. It’s a shame because the food and the chefs deserve praise, but the service on the floor plays a big role in the overall experience.

This place is something out of the ordinary. Best ramen I have ever tried! Only 23 seats inside, but its clear that quality is more important than quantity within these walls. Small, cozy, it's not trying to be fancy or Michelin rated, but everything just feels very authentic and more than well made. There is definitely love going into this food 🤍

Would highly recommend the Nduja Miso Ramen, it's one of the best I've had. Make sure to come early or be prepared to wait in line (it's definetly worth the wait though!)

Schon als wir die Schlange vor der Tür gesehen haben, wussten wir, dass es hier nicht schlecht sein kann. Coole Athmosphöre durch das Sitzkonzept, die Musik und das Licht. Und das Esen war auch sehr lecker. Besonders die Nudeln schmecken richtig gut. Leider gibt es keine Toilette, was uns echt gestört hat.

Non si prenota, vai lì e fai la fila. Nel mio caso era sabato sera e oltre a tanti local c’erano diversi turisti, anche italiani come me. Comunque basta un’attesa di una ventina di minuti per attendere che si alzi qualcuno per far accomodare gli altri, fattibile! Avrei voluto provare un altro antipasto ma era terminato, allora mi sono buttato su un pollo karaage con maionese, molto goloso. Il piatto forte è stato il veggie ramen, strepitoso, pieno di gusto dato dal brodo (avrei bevuto 3 litri) e da funghi e verdure; l’uovo si scioglieva davvero in bocca. Stra consigliato! Bravissima la ragazza italiana che mi ha servito, super gentile , alla prossima!
