Slusen Højer, menu Tønder

A lovely spot by the Højer lock, behind the dike. A large parking area with plenty of space and a good starting point for walks along the dike. The area is quiet and offers a beautiful view of the marsh. We had a stormy night, but overall it was very peaceful. Toilets are available, though they are a bit dated and could use some renovation. Nevertheless, it's a nice place to spend some time and enjoy the scenery – especially with a dog.

We spent a peaceful night here in our motorhome. In the evening, we bought ourselves a delicious pizza. Thank you so much for allowing us to spend the night in your parking lot.

Nice place, we ate sandwiches and fish and chips and it was delicious 😋

Even though Pia was all alone today, she provided the best service and the biggest smile.
