23/08/2026: We ate here often during our stay in Copenhagen. Everything was very good, and the fish was fresh. It's a shame they don't allow dogs inside.

The food was really delicious and beautifully presented, and there was a clear focus on good ingredients and taste. Everything worked, and it was all lifted by a cozy atmosphere and a professional and welcoming staff. It is especially the combination of good food, cozy atmosphere and the fantastic location in Nyhavn that makes Restaurant Hummer a place you want to come back to.
