Incredibly cozy atmosphere and great people behind the bar. A good authentic experience compared to the big city it is in

The first time I was there was in the 70s. The bar opened in 1975 and it looks the same inside. I have to say that the people who come there have really changed over the years.

Barlie

11/10/2026: The sauce in the sea bass was incredibly. I feel like the fennel could’ve been cooked slightly more. I loved the onion bread bar snack

Den Franske Cafe

22/08/2026: A great location to take a seat at this restaurant for eat and drink at the same time enjoy the view of the lake. The restaurant has brunch particularly on weekends. Good place to sit both indoors and the outdoor there are plenty of tables and chairs. This is a self service restaurant. A glass of cafe latte is 50 or 55 Kronor which roughly around 6.50 or 7.40 euros.
21/08/2026: The pearl of Inner Østerbro 🥐☕🍰. If you are going to eat, it is a good idea to book a table. The cafe is open all year round and I have been happily coming there for over 34 years.
