Everything is top quality, everything from the food to the service. If there is a mistake, it is promptly corrected without complaint or mistrust. Have been coming here for over 15 years and can highly recommend the restaurant for both take away, delivery and eating in the restaurant.

Went there again for my favorit drink, Aka Haru, and something light to go with it. Had some Kinoko Korokke (mushrooms in mashed potatoes) and Bimi Tempura (battered depfried Broccoli), and it was all delicious, as always! --- I went there for lunch with my wife on a Sunday, and it was as good as expected, ie. very good! We hadn't booked, but they had reasonable tables available, and the service was very helpful. We had a Mixed Emotions with addition of a set of Wagyu nigiri. I got a glass of white wine and my wife selected a cup of macha. The Wagyu nigiri was well made, with a crispy top that was new to me, but an interesting touch. The rest of the menu was well made with fresh ingredients, but I was intrigued by the Kani Cream Korokke, which was very creamy and very tasty! I will definitely go there again, to explore more of their menu. Went by them today, 2.March 2025, to taste their Special Cocktail, Aka Haru (Japanese for Red Spring), which I had seen advertised and includes using Macallan 12 year whisky. I can definitely recommend it! It has a beautiful balance of fresh and sweet, with the whisky giving it a slight edge. I could savour it and enjoyed it together with some selected snacks, as it is difficult to not try something from their menu. I chose Bimi Tempura and Ramu Niku, and it was delicious!

My daughter and I stopped in on Sunday evening. We had a wonderful dinner. We ordered the salmon and kids' menus, miso soup, and jasmine tea. It was a wonderful experience both inside and out. The staff was pleasant and mostly English-speaking.

We went there for the first time, last week and were very surprised over the quality, the presentation and the taste. So yesterday on July 5 th we returned. As a starter we had kani korokke (croquettes with crab and wasabi), cauliflower with black truffle-goma, grilled broccoli with soya and spicy goma and ebi hapser( tempura shrimp with miso aioli, chili, lime and cilantro. For drinks I had the yuzu lemonade (Japanese yuzu with apple juice, honey and citrus) and my partner had two Japanese beer kirin ichiban. For main course we had hotate bacon sticks with scallops in bacon and miso-herb butter, iberico secreto (miso marinated black foot pork and a green gate salad with sweet potato, grilled broccoli, cauliflower and portobello in a large bowl, on a mix of cabbage, quinoa, avocado, tomatoes , green lettuce, edamame, radish and sesame topped with roasted root chips and goma. For desert we shared a matcha fondant, a dark chocolate fondant with a lava like matcha release, vanilla ice cream and matcha cookie crumble. A drink that suit the desert, perfectly to balancing the sweetness was the amaretto sour. Refreshing and sweet/sour cocktail on amaretto and citrus. The service is in high class and the atmosphere is cozy. The staff made some wonderful recommendations on meals and drinks. We will definitely be back.

Was there for Dining Week - delicious food, especially the starters. Loud music that was too upbeat for our taste. Would be better with lounge music...

I've only been here for takeaway, so I can only tell you about the "half" experience. Of course, you can't expect Japanese quality from Sushi, even though back in the 90s there was a really good Japanese restaurant on Jagtvejen owned by a Japanese couple. But compared to, for example, a lot of the "Chinese" sushi you can now find everywhere, Sticks'n'Sushi's sushi is of good quality 👍😉😘

This location has gotten an upgrade from six months ago. Tasty menu typical sushi. Fresh. Nice decor. Outdoor seating if desired , fire warmers if needed also cozy.

Very large selection, delicious, fast. Located near Valby station. You can dine indoors and outdoors.

The sushi is mediocre, but the service and atmosphere are top notch. The price is through the roof, crazy expensive for the quality and quantity.
