Sunset Boulevard Hillerød

09/03/2025: Great spot for some casual dining great red meat dishes very simple fare but delicious. The staff were very courteous and the menu is ordered on a Menu Card with all of their options listed including how you would like your meat cooked, We were a family of 5 adults and we all ordered the small Ribeye about 200 grams, Some of us had Baked potatoes and others French fries they did have a salad bar with quite a bit of variety but none of us chose that option. The vegetable served with the meal was red beets, The steaks were all done perfectly to order as were the baked potatoes. It was very busy for a Tuesday at 1830 and the ambient noise level was high but not to bad. The meals were medium expensive but worth it. A great experience we will be back. As a matter of fact we ordered takeout about a week later with the same menu and the same result.

28/02/2025: Perfect spot for an early dinner after exploring Frederiksborg Castle for the day. Massive portions and all tasty options. Steak and ribs were the go to dishes. If you go before 4pm then it is still the lunch menu which has plenty of options but is cheaper than dinner. Service was very polite and friendly. Plenty of seating options including sheltered outdoor.
