You get the cups with the food first.

The food is almost always good and what you order. Only once out of maybe 20 where they forgot something in the order. It was quickly corrected. Service and atmosphere mediocre, but there are also limits to what you can expect from a food court.

They had some technical problems, which of course they couldn't do themselves and everything was a little different because of that. We pay and order our food and only then do we find out that they close in 30 minutes so while we are waiting for our food we overhear someone again where the same thing happens where they only find out that they now close in 20 minutes after they have ordered. We order our food 15 minutes before they closed and got out just before. The food was otherwise really good.
