The only good restaurant in Svendborg. Always got perfect food on time and without mistakes, have eaten there at least 30 times. Great food and great service.

I booked a table for two people and when we arrived our table was ready for us. The service is so kindly, the girls are so attentive and helpful. We asked for some starters and our rolls which were so delicious and the tuna fish and my salmon nigiri were fresh and tasty. Definitely I will be back again and try all the menu in every visit!

Lidt mindre ris og lidt mere fisk. Lidt flere friske råvarer og mindre chilimayonnaise. Madoplevelsen er generelt bare mere delikat end de fleste andre sushi steder jeg har været.

01/12/2024: Great experience. Really good food and served with good wine. The staff are friendly and give a good explanation of the food and the wine served with it.
17/11/2024: A thoroughly fantastic experience with exceptionally good culinary experience and service. Right from the moment we stepped through the door, it exuded a special mix of high quality, aesthetics and coziness. The staff are competent, friendly and service minded. The food is really outstanding also compared to other gourmet restaurants, where Resumé is more original and the quality is just a notch higher. The wine menu was also fantastic and all in all you get more than you pay for. The biggest praises and recommendations from here.
