Have now visited this gem of a garden twice. And each time have been taken aback by the peace that falls upon you when you walk around small paths, and experience a new scenario opening up. Again and again. Is really worth a visit.

A beautiful, varied garden. You can easily spend a long time here. There are plenty of places to sit. You can bring your own food and drinks, but there's also a lovely café. We were there on a very hot day and enjoyed the shady spots.

A wonderful place to unwind. Beautifully landscaped and well-maintained flowerbeds and rare old trees. There are plenty of spots to rest and linger. Near the entrance is a small café where you can even bring your own food and drinks. Plant cuttings are also available for purchase. Simply beautiful...we will definitely be back!

A beautiful, 25,000 square meter property, wonderfully landscaped and open to visitors. It features sculptures and a café. Dogs are allowed throughout the grounds. A visit is highly recommended.

24/07/2026: Lovely wait staff who are open, smiling and calm, regardless of the number of guests. The food tasted really good, but there was nothing really special about it. We had the fish of the day (haddock), burger and shooting stars. We also had beer another day. The restaurant is located on the square and you can enjoy live music, if there is any, in the Strandbaren. A huge plus is that the seating is sheltered from the (west) wind, because the building is covered.
24/07/2026: The best food I've had in a long time. You need to be a little patient if it's very busy, but it's not a big deal, and the food was truly incredible. Definitely go if you're in the area!

Ishuset ved Henne Strand

30/06/2026: Anyone visiting Henne Strand simply has to stop by for a break and enjoy an ice cream or an Aperol Spritz. Ishuset is a true institution! Unfortunately, it burned down last week and it will probably be some time before it can reopen.
25/06/2026: Unfortunately, it burned down last night. Naturally, it's now closed. Best of luck with the renovations.
