14/06/2026: This, ladies and gentlemen, is nothing short of a gem. As a birthday present, my sweet daughter treated me to lunch at Madrick, a place I didn't know about before, but wait, what a discovery. We ordered chicken salad with bacon and cucumber, a salmon tartare with red onion and Jerusalem artichokes, and Christiansøpigen herring with egg salad. It was accompanied by the most delicious rye bread and a homemade focaccia that was on par with the rest. I was already sold at the first bite. Pure explosions of flavor, and I could almost hear the angels singing. I can't praise the kitchen highly enough. The portions are generous, you'll be full, and the whole thing sits right in the cupboard. An incredible experience.
