Terra København

This review is overdue. I had the immense pleasure of dining with Terra in August of this year. It was an amazing experience. I've travelled around the world and Terra absolutely ranks in my Top 10. Their menu is constantly evolving so I will just say that the food was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The work done by Valerio in the kitchen is outstanding. Lucia is amazing as your guide through the experience and a fantastic sommelier. The wine pairings were each well tailored for the matching dish. We opted for the large pairing which is six pairings, one for each course. Speaking of the pairings do not let the "juice" pairing escape you. Think of it as liquid cuisine. The art of flavor made possible by blender and press. It was a close fight between the wine and juice pairings throughout the meal as to which paired better with each dish. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. It's worth a flight to Copenhagen just for the chance to dine with them again.

An incredible dining experience in the heart of Copenhagen. The restaurant is cozy with a warm, inviting atmosphere. With only a few tables, the staff can focus on delivering a highly personalized experience, and some dishes are even presented by the chef. Being able to interact with the chef adds a deeper understanding of the process and creates a closer connection to the meal. The menu is entirely fish and vegetable-based, featuring a minimal yet distinctly Nordic style that doesn't compromise on flavor. The celeriac taco is simply divine, and other standout dishes include the perfectly cooked wild seabass, the surprising mackerel with fig leaf oil, and the courgettes with ajo blanco and mint. A special mention goes to the dessert—custard with plum juice and puffed rice, which looks simple but offers an unexpectedly delightful combination of flavors and textures. The wine pairing is also expertly curated, and I appreciated how they sought our feedback on possible variations. An unforgettable experience!

Fantastic good place. Very tasty food, with great creativity. Really high level. Super good and present service. Small restaurant with not many tables. Good pleasant atmosphere. Many more people should know this place, it is definitely a hidden gem in Copenhagen.

Amazing experience. Everything well thought through and food and wine was amazing together and interesting. You can tell there has been a huge effort in creating a unique experience. Flavours were great and also testing my palette and in a positive way. I would definitely recommend this small hidden gem for anyone who appreciates great wine and food well thought through. Also staff was very welcoming and service oriented. We never felt left alone and the waiter clearly had much experience in making us feel comfortable and taken care off. Also the scenery with a very big kitchen to overlook was very interesting. All in all an experience to remember and a place where you clearly could feel the passion for the customers experience. They deserve not only the Michelin green star, but also the red one :-).

This dinner experience is unique. The space accommodates just a few intimate tables. The kitchen is open-plan and invites you to take a look. Each course has a special taste, is artistic, takes into account the season and local ingredients and at the same time allows for the influence of Italian cuisine. There is also an exclusive wine selection, which Lucy presents with passion. And beats that accompany this very personal evening. A true feast for all the senses.

Incredible experience, Chef Valerio prepared a delicious, varied culinary journey with influences from around the globe. Lucy paired the meal with details on each dish, answered questions we had so politely and thoroughly, and suggested a perfect pairing by the glass at our own pace. Dining here is a complete package!

Wow - what a meal. Terra’s small (but mighty) team curated a full experience from the moment we stepped in the door. The chef included so many unique flavors and textures. We had a great time and left smiling ear to ear.

We celebrated our fifty years together at Térra in Copenhagen, a 'zero waste' restaurant with a refined gastronomic offer, essentially based on fish dishes combined with original vegetables and aromatic herbs. Valerio's creativity in the kitchen (on sight), Lucia's expert and exciting narration in the dining room, the attention to every detail and the impeccable service won us over from start to finish. The wine pairing (we opted for the 'small' wine-pairing of three wines: Italian, French, Greek) turned out to be perfect. An unforgettable sensory experience made of harmony of flavors and a symphony of memorable tastes.
