04/12/2025: We enjoyed the full menu on a Wednesday evening, and it was high quality throughout, and much more interesting than at many of the chains that also run share food as a concept. The hospitality was good, and an effort was made to provide a good experience with wine to match. If there had been a little more people, the atmosphere would have been great too - but that's a matter of taste.

06/10/2025: First time at Brønshøj Bistro. Super delicious food, atmosphere, service and quality... - but unfortunately I was reminded of the same strange mistake that Vanløse Bistro also had the last time I was there: Why should I sit and drink wine from a half-decent water mug? Beer is also served in the same mugs, which is also a bit of a "cheat". Wine in a wine glass, beer in a beer glass. It's a mockery of the wine to just serve it that way and it ruins the experience.
