This quickly became one of our favorite hotels. The atmosphere is what truly sets it apart. The staff is genuine and attentive to the little things — for example, when our daughter hurt her foot, they treated us with extra care and kindness. They manage to get the small details right, from the honesty bar and complimentary coffee to the easy and relaxed check-in process. Our room was lovely and located on the quieter backside of the property, which we really appreciated.

The Falcon Hotel. A blend of nature and harmony served impeccably. A pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The culinary preparations are of high quality and the staff is very kind, respectful and attentive to details. One of the restaurants that I have put on my agenda in the "to return" category. For some, the decor may seem strange, but not everyone can be satisfied. And they don't have to. Keep up the good work boys and girls. I recommend The Falcon hotel restaurant.

Review only applies to the restaurant: Special place where we were warmly welcomed by waiter Dale who was English but spoke Danish. There were not many dishes to choose from, only two main courses, pork or fish. The lady chose monkfish with side dishes which was new on the menu yesterday. I chose pork with side dishes. The monkfish was undercooked, almost raw. The pork was fine. The chef denied that the fish was undercooked even though the waiter had confirmed it to us by looking at it. The waiter compensated by offering 2 free desserts. Good thing Jesper Kock wasn't there, he had turned it off completely. Tip to Dale for great service.

Falcon is a really good choice in Sandvig. The hotel is of course not new, but the rooms we stayed in were still well furnished as a place for a good night's sleep. It was, like many of the common areas, interestingly decorated and the decor alone is reason enough to visit the restaurant, which also serves good food! To get to the parking or the water, you have to cross a busy road and the view of the water is a bit obstructed. But all in all a place with great value for money and within walking distance to all the exciting or relaxing things that Allinge and Sandvig have to offer.

Stayed there in the summer of 2024 for two nights. Very nice service, great breakfast and very good room and location! Can be recommended!

Very nice rooms with lots of seating outside the rooms to enjoy the weather and the view of the sea. There was also a sauna with a sea view which was really nice with a shower outside. The negative was that it turned out that they didn't have enough food in the restaurant for us when we were hungry towards the evening. Around 6pm. I think they should have asked at check-in if we wanted to reserve a table if this is mandatory. The breakfast was quite okay.
