It's a really nice place to sit and immerse yourself in a book. However, you should be aware that there are certain times of the day when this is not possible, due to massive noise from screaming infants, and that was even if you were sitting at the far end of the library with headphones on.

Wonderful library with comfortable chairs to sit for a long time! On weekends, noise can occur because there is a parent-child event on the top floor. Generally, weekdays are quiet and the perfect place to read 📖

It is both a café and activity center in addition to a library, which also means that the book selection isn't the greatest. I believe it's often used by families, but there are entire floors dedicated to quiet areas as well. Just remember to reserve titles beforehand if you want to be certain they'll be there. Update, it's becoming more and more of an activity center and has less room for books. Luckily however you can still reserve and order books from the entire country online, so just make sure to do that beforehand. There is a little potential for browsing, but not too much. I would say 20 minutes at best.

Ravage Restaurant & Bar

16/03/2024: Stor, flot og klassisk indrettet restaurant med udsigt til Det Kongelige Teater og Kongens Nytorv. Veltilberedt og flot anrettet mad, portionerne var dog var i frokoststørrelse og maden MEGET klassisk og mainstream, små twist og overraskelser er vist ikke køkkenets specialitet :o) Det er fint nok, at restauranten tydeligt er indrettet med en spise- og en drikkeafdeling, men det duer ikke, at lydniveauet på den fælles baggrundsmusik tydeligvis er tilpasset de drikkende gæster og er så højt, at de spisende, som sikkert gerne vil føre en normal, hyggelig samtale knap kan høre hinanden. Ungt, flinkt og opmærksomt personale, som dog absolut ikke er vinkendere.
