The polar bear by Erik Hansen København

This is an awesome local bar. My wife and I popped in here after doing cruising canals on a GoBoat. In all honestly, we were looking for a toilet without a line - and boy did we pick the right place. I ordered two beers, I don’t know Danish beers and I suppose I asked for the equivalent of a Budweiser bc the bartender, Johnny, recommended another of the same style with much more flavor. We went outside to drink them, and Johnny came out shortly after to speak with us, ask us about our lives, our travel plans, give us a complimentary drink, and some recommendations of areas in Copenhagen to hang out. The patrons were friendly, funny and engaging. We felt really welcome and it was a great experience. The Polar Bear aka The Ice Bear is a piece of this Copenhagen trip I will not forget. This place rules. Thanks Johnny!
