The South Indian København

Extremely slow service but their sambar and chutneys are to die for. The staff is very friendly and being there was totally worth the wait.

The ambiance and the food was so delicious it reminds me of my hometown. And the workers are also so friendly Thank you for the delicious food 😌

One of the very few places with decent (even arguably great) South Indian food, other than my own cooking/home :)

Food was good. Unfortunately they charged me additional 10 dkk as surcharge, which I had not seen any other restaurante charging while I was in CPH for a week. When I crosschecked I was given vague/random reasoning.

We had uthapam and wheat paratha with chicken gravy. Taste was authentic and quality of food is great.

There weren't very many guests, the food came very randomly, one got a starter, some time before the other came and before we were half finished the main course arrived, but it all tasted great

Rigtig god mad, men dårlig og langsom betjening. Reservationen gjaldt kl. 18.30 til 20.30, men da vi havde spist desserten kl. ca. 19.50, blev vi spurgt om vi skulle have mere, da de havde reserveret bordet til andre…..

I recently had food there, I ordered Shrimp Biryani which tased really good. After so many days I felt I had good South Indian food. Restarunt owner has really helped us a lot , he even dropped me and my friends at hostel. He is a great gentleman. If you are looking for some real South Indian food, please go ahead to this place.

Perhaps, not the best dosas on the offer, but the place does offer decent dosas prepared with authentically nice sambhar and accompaniments of chutneys! A bit on the pricey side though. A critical feedback - may be the batter needs to be standardized to make the dosas crispier and the masala inside the dosa is not quite up to the mark for the amazing potatoes we get in the region.

Mi tiempo en el restaurante The South Indian fue excelente! Este restaurante es realmente una experiencia no solo una comida. Ashimta y Kiret eran serviciales, atento y encantador anfitrión. Nuestra comida era deliciosa y sabrosa. A mis hijos les encantaron las dosas y nos hicieron ir allí a cenar directamente 3 días seguidos.
