Very delicious gluten-free pastries

★★★★★ I had an amazing experience at Schmith & Thunberg ApS! Everything is fully vegan and absolutely delicious. The wide range of baked goods is impressive, and their ice cream selection is a delightful bonus. Definitely a must-visit bakery, especially if you're in Copenhagen!

Cannot believe how good these pastries are. Gluten free stuff is rarely as good as the versions with gluten but the custard danish (guess the Danish call it something else) was one of the best I've ever had. It's so nice to know I can eat anything in the shop without worrying if it's been labeled correctly etc. I really did my best to try as many different options as I could in two days. The green marzipan tree log things and cinnamon swirl were very tasty, as was the beetroot hummus sandwich I had.

They serve coffee and delicious pastries here, we enjoyed them :)

Great to have a bakery with only gluten-free bread. Thanks for the effort. Bought a gluten-free core bun and it just tastes good. I'll be back.

Lovely gluten-free bakery with good products and nice service. A little expensive but that's the way it is.

A 5 star compliment to Thunberg kreative hjørne or Corner here in Copenhagen East. Their bread and tebirkes are fantastic and I guess probably the best in Copenhagen. All is vegan and I’m not even vegan. So a 5 star review from here.
