Amazing bakery free from gluten and dairy.

Friendly staff and wide selection of bread and baked goods - even ice cream too! The baked goods I tried were good (the brunsviger and Easter-bun) although the texture is of course a bit different from pastries baked with regular flour. However, the frozen bread I bought was a disappointment - after thawing, it just broke apart inside when cut..

Great gluten free and lactose free bakery with a large selection that you will not find at others in the city. Excellent bread and buns as well. Nice and cozy sitting area inside and very kind, friendly, and helpful staff!

Visited the bakery on a cold and rainy day in November. Really cozy little place where you can also sit and eat inside. We ordered a brownie and an almond croissant with hot cocoa and were very full. Everything is vegan and gluten-free.

Fantastic gem on Østerbro in Copenhagen There have been quite a few gluten-free bakeries in Copenhagen, but Thunberg's surpasses them all, the bread and cakes simply taste so good and that's just before you start to doubt whether it's gluten-free Huge success!

I visited the bakery in mid-December when I was in Copenhagen. Bought 6 different cakes and ate them all on our 4 hour drive home. I got a stomach ache, but only because I ate too much and not because of gluten! 😅 Visit them! It is SO delicious and so much to choose from! 🥰 I have celiac disease and usually never get delicious baked goods - but that bakery is heaven! 5 stars from here.

Yum yum yum I regret not buying more.. just a good chocolate croissant 🥐 If you opened a shop in Aarhus, it won't hurt me, for the first time in 10 years I have enjoyed a good piece of pastry so much that I was in heaven 😊😊

Thunberg's creative corner is a Gluten Free Baker. The place opened a few months ago. I have bought bread and cakes several times a week since the opening. They have a large selection of GF items. They have bread and cakes on frosting. Packed in several pieces, so easy to take home and put in the freezer. You can also buy cookies, granola and crackers. I buy the freshly baked bread and am very happy with the core rye bread. And also happy with their coarse sourdough bread. I buy fresh bread and it is good and at a reasonable price. And the durability is really good. The Birkes and Croissant are also worth trying if you are into GF. They make strawberry cake. They are popular. And it doesn't end here, there are many varieties of cakes. And you can order coffee, chocolate and other drinks and sit and enjoy on the spot. I am happy to shop here. In order for me to give 5 stars, a little more is needed. I know it can be done with more ease in the form of several layers that do not make it more substantial. The Birkes and Croissant must be less substantial. And then more different flavors in buns and French bread. This requires the use of several types of flour in the same bread. Possibly the price will increase, with a combination of many types of flour, but you might well have both. But I'm a fan of Thunberg
