Traktørstedet Gjorslev Bøgeskov Stevns

The traktørstedet is beautifully located by Bøgeskov harbor and Stevns Klint, and is an area we will definitely experience this summer. There was polite and quick service, but the buffet did not quite live up to our expectations. Considering it was a Christmas buffet, there was a bit of a Christmas atmosphere. We will come again for a cup of coffee this summer.

Lovely Christmas buffet, very well prepared, very large and interesting selection, e.g. licorice-grilled salmon. Fresh dishes were constantly being served. Smiling and quick service, a really good experience.

Good food, but the price is too high.

Super nice place and very friendly staff

We had a real good old-fashioned Danish lunch buffet. Unpretentious, old-school coziness, surrounded by fantastic nature*. Tip #1: It's close to the sea; bring a sweater if the weather is cold/humid. Tip #2: Don't follow the GPS directions if it wants you to go through the forest, from the north, by car. Tip #3: You can't wade in and ask for a latte - it's a trattoria place. Check the place out from home so you don't disappoint the staff.. Tip #4: Where there's sea, there's seaweed, there's insects. Tip #5*: It's truly a fantastic setting.

What a hidden gem. The whole area is just so filled with history, local charm and "Hygge". If you dare - Stevns Klint is just nearby. Walk along 66 millions old cliffs.
