The atmosphere was elegant, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we were treated to a glass of prosecco for my partner's birthday. The dinner was sensational. We ordered two first courses and two second courses, and the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the Italian chef were evident. The location is truly stunning, but I recommend going at sunset to enjoy the magical view. The price reflects the quality of the products and the ambiance. Thank you for the magical experience.

Even though the new architecture of Carlsberg Byen can feel a bit cold and impersonal, our evening at Tramonto Rooftop was excellent. Great Italian dishes, charming staff, and an international vibe throughout. Mamma Mia — I’m already looking forward to coming back for more.

Tramonto Rooftop is a stylish and elegant spot with a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The carpaccio was outstanding—fresh, delicate, and perfectly seasoned—and the steak was cooked with precision and full of flavor. The setting itself is warm and intimate, with a modern, trendy vibe that makes the whole experience feel special. I will definitely be returning, and I’m already looking forward to trying the terrace in the summer. A truly excellent dining experience.

The restaurant appears clean and neat. Beautiful table setting that matches the fantastic view and location in Carlsberg City. Exquisite selection of wines and other beverages. The portioned dishes are modest and beautiful in the best fine restaurant style. They appear simple with pure flavors without any kind of spice hocus-pocus. Serving and service are provided by friendly and polite staff, who, however, speak extremely poor Danish, but make themselves understood in English. There is an incredible amount of noise in the restaurant and the whole thing almost seems like a mass meal in a gym for larger individuals. A romantic dinner for two definitely cannot get my recommendation. The restaurant's toilet was neat and clean. It should be added that the filter on the tap by the sink was so limescale that in addition to your hands, you also ended up washing both your shirt and pants. The lack of maintenance must trigger a total dump rating of the toilet visit. Due to the noise level and volume of Tramonto Rooftop, it can only be 3 stars from my side.

The food and wine here are genuinely outstanding. I came back two days in a row, and even as a very critical foodie, everything impressed me. The chef is clearly in full command, and the Italian service is impeccable. Molto grazie. 🙏❤️

Got a nice reception when we arrived. Menu card is available on your phone with QR code. Very small tables but nice seats. Amazing view out the windows. Rather big place with room for big groups but also some noice from the big groups. Fast service with taking orders. Had the burata for starter. Good taste but small portion. Not fit for sharing. Lasagne for main was burned on top and truffle was rubbery in texture. Tried to remove the burned cheese but the flavor had gone through to the pasta. The actual plate for the lasagne was huge but actual lasagne was minuscule. Tried to get service to get a replacement. When I found a server the service was very disappointing. I was told that the lasagne was the staff dinner too and they were happy with it. I got no offer for a replacement but when I pushed if staff liked burned lasagne I got an offer to have it excluded on the bill. We asked to have the bill, paid and left. Very pricy and small portions.

After a beautiful beginning to our day at Home of Carlsberg - with an exhibition and a guided walk around the place, I had arranged for my parents and my girlfriend and I to enjoy some lovely italian food at the Tramonto (Sunset) Rooftop restaurant. And we were not dissapointed! Absolutely lovely service and a beautiful view 😊 I would even recommend - if one needs a run to the restrooms - to stop by the big Windows by the front of the bar to really see the skyline and the Chimney of Carl Jacobsens Ny Carlsberg. The vibe was really nice, and we loved the open kitchen which allowed us to follow the process of the food being cooked. Also, our waiter was an absolute treat, and made my girlfriend (who was raise in Rome) feel like she was almost home again. The food was lovely - but overpriced. This is the only downside. Although pricey, the flavours were well-balanced and the the pasta perfectly al dente. The cheese board had a lovely variety, with some very good flavours as well, that was complimented by the condiments.

Very good restaurant with good service. The food is of very good quality, and the drinks selection is extensive and very appealing. Reasonable value for money for Denmark. We were satisfied and would gladly return. The outdoor area is wonderful in summer. A la proxima 😉 The "one star" was a mistake, has been corrected ✔️

Fantastic hotel and restaurant. Never slept so well. Breakfast and dinner were great. Between 5 and 6 pm, all house wines (white and red) are free.
