05/08/2025: We visited on Friday August 1st - group of 6 adults for lunch. Authentic Vietnamese flavors in a fusion with selected Fanish ingredients. Clean, elegant and elevated flavor profile. The vegetarian spring rolls are probably some of the best I ever tasted - you definitely don’t miss the meat. Nice simple wine card with perfect match to the icon spices and fresh herbs. Nice terrace surrounded but eatable plants and fruits, orangeri and a minimalistic restaurant. Service is immaculate - you get to taste wine by the glass first, so you know you made the right choice. We will be back.
