The room clearly showed signs of wear and tear and unfortunately smelled of sewage. Most of the furniture was either broken or in such poor condition that it should have been replaced at least a decade ago. On the other hand, the gourmet menu with accompanying wine menu really enhanced the overall experience. The sweet waiters made an effort to present both dishes and wines, and there was certainly nothing missing – neither by the glass nor on the plate. So come with a good appetite and be ready to roll back to the room with a solid brandy 😄

We came to the most idyllic inn, it was really so cozy, and when we got inside we weren't disappointed either, it was so cozy...we ate the most delicious steak and side dishes, will definitely come again

Wow, probably the best overnight stay I've had in DK. Nice and charming old-fashioned rooms with a view over the classic Jutland countryside. The food was quite good and the staff were really professional. The owner, Torben, is exceptionally nice, easy to talk to, and has a sense of humor that you can only appreciate. Book your upcoming event here, and I guarantee you won't regret it. (But do it in good time!). The location is what it is, but the view makes up for it.
