Discovered this roaster during my vacation. Thomas was very nice and although he was busy roasting when I visited, he mixed me a bag of the "Super Crema" Espresso, because all coffee packages he had in stock were already sold. The Super Crema is perfectly named, producing very thick crema. Pour on bottomless porta filter shows no channeling at all and it tastes excellent. Highly recommended.

02/10/2023: (Diet) Not the best green kitchen I've visited but it was ok. Missed the hummus but most of all I missed the allergen signage. The other green kitchens have that.

17/08/2023: Fantastic concept with self-service and payment according to how much you take. Good food, good selection to be self-service and it was replenished gradually. Was there 2 times in 5 days and it was almost on the verge of being the 3rd too🙂
