A nice brunch cafe. The service was friendly. There are various seating options. The only criticism would be that the portions are quite small, especially for the prices.

This is a hidden treasure in Copenhagen ✨. We ordered the Eggs Benedict, and the hollandaise sauce blew me away—it was the absolutely the best I’ve ever tasted, even better than the Waldorf in New York where the dish was invented. 👌 Beyond that, the fries might just be the best in Denmark—crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned. The flavors were simple and perfect. Their iced coffee is strong and real, just how espresso lovers like it ☕️. Don’t expect something sweetened, but if you like bold coffee, you won’t be disappointed. The place is small and cozy, with friendly folks that really make you feel welcome 😊. If you are looking for a place to hold your party, I cannot recommend Venner enough. I held my 30th birthday party with about 30 guests and we had a perfect evening. The food was amazing, the staff were super nice and helpful and the atmosphere was just great. All communication with David was easy and without any problems.

Went for breakfast on a weekday. The place was nearly empty. Music was agressive. (Too loud and clubby). Breakfast was alright, but I would have preferred a choice of salmon instead of chicken as a protein. It was an expensive outing. Price was high.

I must say half piece sour dough bread + half piece rye bread costs 40kr, is like robbery. Ridiculous. And the fried chicken is like 100-mile deep fried....

Sensational spot Really lovely and welcoming staff (Speak English) The food is absolutely spectacular. We had the pancakes, poached eggs, yoghurt and bread. It was all absolutely fantastic. Fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. The pancakes were unique but incredible. I'm going to dream about them. Will be back when back in Copenhagen

We celebrated our wedding dinner at Venner, and it was pure perfection. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel truly special, even coordinating every detail through email since we live abroad. The food was among the best we’ve tasted in the city, and the atmosphere made the evening unforgettable. A place we’ll always cherish — highly recommended!
