Organic ingredients, prepared with love. A delicious coffee, and all this in an area where you expect nothing but the sea 😍

We had a delicious meal there today... amazing toasted sourdough bread!!
The menu is small and "fish-heavy." The food wasn't exactly cheap, but it was absolutely worth it. Overall, a definite recommendation!

We had perhaps the best fish fillet we've ever eaten.
But the fennel salad as a side dish was especially amazing! With a fantastic salad dressing.

Fantastic food. Prices are reasonable, still lower than in hotels. Fish, shrimp, everything fresh. I recommend it!

Fantastically good food with fresh ingredients. The place seems like a hidden gem, because there were few people there despite the nice weather and the middle of July. The service was quick and the staff was pleasant.

Good restaurant with an unpretentious and relaxed atmosphere, friendly, service-minded and accommodating service.
From the menu we chose "Dele mark og hav" - a three-course menu with wine menu.
Deliciously prepared, presented, very tasty.
The whole thing makes the place definitely worth a visit - the food experience alone was exciting.
Shrimp salad with finely chopped tomatoes, watercress, dill, mustard seeds, marinated fennel, beetroot powder and marigold petals. Served with freshly baked sourdough bread from a micro bakery and extra-salted butter.
Fried hake in sauce with ramson dressing (oil), oven-roasted potatoes with baked onions, pickled red onions. Salad with heart lettuce, cauliflower, beets, yellow pea puree, watercress.
Rhubarb sorbet on a base of rhubarb compote, topped with dill oil and crystallized white chocolate. (and cornflower leaves?)

A glass of Olcaviana Ananto Cava Brut – organic.
A glass of Weinbau der Lebenshilfe Riesling Trocken – organic.
A glass of Domaine Guillaman Frisson D'Automne, dessert wine.
