One of all time favorite restaurant in Copenhagen. You know you will never fail with Vækst. Both personal and professional visits were amazing. Most recently, I went to Vækst (again) with my external partners from abroad, they looooooved it. They could not stop talking about the restaurant - food was great service also was great. We also got those small ‘surprises’ between servings which was quite pleasant 😉

Amazing food and service, really loved it! Fried cod was incredible.

A wonderful dining experience! The food was delicious and refined, with beautiful flavors that were perfectly balanced. The service was warm and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable. All of this in a simple and natural setting that felt welcoming and authentic. Highly recommend!

Stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and was immediately well looked after. Good service and lovely food. We had a bad time, but the food was on the table quickly. One vegetarian dish and one steak that met expectations.

Absolutely fantastic experience throughout the evening. Really delicious food and a fantastic wine menu too. Everything was completed and the service was top notch. Beautiful surroundings. We will definitely come again and recommend it to everyone

Éramos un grupo de 4 celebrando el cumpleaños de Mercedes que desafortunadamente no se mencionó antes durante o después de nuestra comida me imagino que no es ese tipo de lugar un relleno smidging pero no hay daño hecho, pero tengo que decir que la comida y el servicio estaba muy por encima de la media con todos los cursos disfrutados por todos. Tres comedores de carne que disfrutaron de la opción de 4 platos con el solomillo, puré cremoso y celíaco sobresaliente acompañado de una salsa de cajón superior degustando mucho a trufa. Un montón de extras y el abejorro ocasional se suman a esta comida que está entre los mejores que hemos experimentado en este año. Sin duda vale la pena recomendar y repetiremos nuestra experiencia la próxima vez que pasemos por la maravillosa Copenhague.
