What an amazing gem in CPH. I highly recommend Vaekst. Such a lovely experience. Cheers to the Vaekst team for their creativity and hard work. Food: Delightful, flavorful, fresh, and creative vegetarian Green Menu. I absolutely would recommend the 3-course Green Menu. Service: Warm, attentive, friendly Atmosphere: inviting, not fussy, I appreciate all the greenery and plants in the restaurant

Wanted to try this restaurant long time as heard it’s amazing - and yes it is! And with how busy it is at 20pm on Wednesday completely full proves that, even though it has a lot of seating. Therefore must be booked, for people who is into wine would love the place, every course is paired with nice wine.

We loved it! The food and service were great. It was one of our favorite meals while visiting Copenhagen.

Dinner at Vækst was hands down the best meal of my trip. Every course was incredible—beautifully balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and a real sense of creativity without feeling overdone. I was also pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes; each plate was generous (especially for a tasting menu), which made the whole experience feel even more satisfying. The atmosphere was warm and stylish. Just an all-around amazing dinner—I’d go back in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic evening. The vegetarian menu with wine pairing was absolutely dreamy. The many small, unexpected treats that came with it were all fantastic. Thanks to a 15% discount through a partnership with our hotel, the whole thing was actually quite affordable. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Copenhagen!

A four-course meal with wine pairing, a must-try. It's worth it!

A purely amazing experience. Excellent food, great staff and ambience. And excellent value for money. Super accommodating of our young child and making it a wonderful dinner.

Éramos un grupo de 4 celebrando el cumpleaños de Mercedes que desafortunadamente no se mencionó antes durante o después de nuestra comida me imagino que no es ese tipo de lugar un relleno smidging pero no hay daño hecho, pero tengo que decir que la comida y el servicio estaba muy por encima de la media con todos los cursos disfrutados por todos. Tres comedores de carne que disfrutaron de la opción de 4 platos con el solomillo, puré cremoso y celíaco sobresaliente acompañado de una salsa de cajón superior degustando mucho a trufa. Un montón de extras y el abejorro ocasional se suman a esta comida que está entre los mejores que hemos experimentado en este año. Sin duda vale la pena recomendar y repetiremos nuestra experiencia la próxima vez que pasemos por la maravillosa Copenhague.
