Weis Stue Esbjerg

We have enjoyed a delicious Easter lunch in Weis Stue for the past three years and it has always been a wonderful experience. Delicious classic chrome, extremely friendly and professional service and then the most beautiful historical surroundings and atmosphere - right in the heart of beautiful Ribe. We are already looking forward to next year.

I would like to point out that this is a review of their restaurant A cozy little place with lovely delicious food, however there was arugula in the one dessert we got. When we arrived we just had to wait 5 minutes for our table to be ready. We were served by a nice lady who took her time at each table and was happy to tell us about the different things. Unfortunately, she was not the fastest we met, even asking to get dessert, she did not come down and offer us dessert.

You are staying in a piece of history, so rating with modern day standards does not really apply. Come for the experience not the number of stars.

Visited on a road trip through Denmark. Both meals were huge and delicious. A very pleasant, cozy, quiet restaurant by the square with friendly and helpful service.

Dejlig frokost på Weis Stue efter vores bryllup. Omgivelserne og hele stemningen er i top dette sted og det samme var maden og alle gæster var meget tilfredse. Betjeningen var i top og vi følte os velkomne. Samtidigt kom retterne i et passende tempo. Vil klart anbefale Weis Stue både til par, venner eller et lidt større selskab. Vi var 10 og det fungerede rigtigt godt.

Vi valgte at sidde udenfor på det smukke torv omkranset af domkirken og de gamle huse. Serveringen gik tjept og de har yerrassevsrmere, så man selv en oktoberfest kan sidde og nyde stemningen og menneskemylderet på torvet
