Cozy premises, fantastically good food with lots of flavor, juicy meat. Large portions - nice prices compared to quality and other eateries. Something for everyone. Would definitely recommend Weis's living room. We will definitely come again!

Good food, cozy surroundings and friendly service.

We were there as a couple with two assistance dogs. The waiter who greeted us was incredibly friendly, courteous, and helpful. The food recommendation was perfect, and the food was excellent. But even with the truly beautiful surroundings, the best thing was definitely our waiter. He's someone who clearly loves what he does. Absolutely wonderful, and thank you so much!

🇩🇰 Historic Heritage – Rustic Charm and Delicious Food! (Attention, tall guests!) A stay at Weis Stue is an authentic journey back in time. As one of Denmark's oldest inns, the hotel offers rooms that perfectly capture its historic character and instantly exude incredible hygge. The atmosphere is wonderfully rustic (in Switzerland, we'd say "urchig"). The decor is dominated by solid wood, especially the impressive double bed with its carved wooden headboard. Warm colors and lovingly crafted historical details underscore the unique ambiance. The room is simple and functional. Be aware that the old building may creak or be slightly crooked. An important, humorous note for anyone over 1.85 m (6'1"): The low ceilings and door frames require you to duck your head here and there! (At 2.03 m (6'8"), I speak from experience.) But hey, it's precisely these old-world details that give the place its unbeatable charm and history. The food was an absolute highlight: The in-house restaurant serves incredibly delicious, authentic Danish dishes in a historic parlor (with original furnishings dating back to 1704!). A truly wonderful experience all around, both in terms of cuisine and atmosphere. In short: For lovers of history, coziness, and a unique experience with outstanding, traditional cuisine, Weis Stue is highly recommended!

I will only give a review of the restaurant. The food was surprisingly delicious, and I had a good glass of wine. The atmosphere makes you feel like you've traveled back in time; it was an excellent time I spent here, and I intend to return again.

Had booked a table for September 13th - I thought, but had written it wrong, so they thought we were coming on the 14th. Super nice waiter finds a table for us an hour after arrival. We got pepper steak. All for 5 stars.

Yesterday we visited the beautiful old town of Ribe. The "Weiß Stue" is a very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere and delicious food. Unfortunately, the service staff doesn't live up to the standards. Unfortunately, my blind faith in the accuracy of the bill paid off. Instead of one mineral water, I was charged five. That was 152 DKK / almost 20 euros more. My mistake – noticed too late – got caught – a shame. It certainly won't happen again.
