Absolutely the best place to eat in Lyngby! It's beautifully decorated, the food is fantastic and the waiters are really nice, attentive and present. You always go home with a full stomach and a full heart 🫶

You pay 87 kr for a jug of water which is just put on the table when you arrive 🥹 You could ask first if you want water and tell how much it costs🥹

Cafe Amalie

20/08/2026: This is my second time visiting Cafe Amalie....and I enjoy this rustic cafe, really good food 2 times in a row..... And the place is not overcrowded.....
15/08/2026: Cafe Amaile is the place to go if you want coziness and good service from the sweetest owner Tony. 5 stars from here Jessica

Taarbæk Café & Pizzabar

13/09/2026: The falafel tasted really good and the snack basket was also quite excellent.
25/08/2026: Ordered two portions of fish&chips and coke. Server was very friendly, food was on time (stated as 10min, we waited 10min). Portions are relatively large, not that it is a bad thing. The food was delicious, and the ambience is pleasant (small cozy restaurant). The only possible improvement would be adding menu in english language, but luckily the staff speaks english, so it is fine.
