05/01/2025: The food varies so insanely in quality, either you get thin crap or else all good meat tastes of lower quality, so don't go here for quality meat Service is completely gone, young people talking about who they would kill and incredibly lazy

02/01/2025: Incredibly delicious menu with amazing steaks and ribs! Service at the highest level. For a great price we had great fun with the whole family. The children's menu is well thought out and delights the little ones. Everything was great and we were very, very pleased. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

08/11/2024: 29/10-24: Their soft ice machine literally blew my 8 year old daughter's head (hair, shirt, pants and her boots). This of course interrupted our dinner. None of us managed to finish eating and I only got 1 round of my "all you can eat spareribs". We also didn't get soft ice despite the fact that we got it for free when it was the wife's birthday. The kids both said they NEVER wanted to go back. I tried to send them an email but was told that they could only cover cleaning for clothes.. So the fact that our dinner was interrupted without any of us finishing and we didn't get soft ice cream, they didn't take a stand at all. They have also admitted (both in the restaurant and by email) that they knew the machine was broken..... Customer service and sympathy are not something they use.. 2023: Very mixed. One day they are super good, the other day you have to wait 45 minutes for spareribs to be refilled..
