22/12/2024: Now I know why I have stopped eating at Jensens Bøfhus. I am reminded of it as soon as the plate lands in front of me and I think: therefore - nothing has changed. One of Silkeborg's best locations and such a bad dining experience. I landed around lunch and ordered shrimp. Glosses have not been spared, under "Smørrebrød's recipes" it says "our interpretation of the classics". What I get on my plate is a bowl of soggy prawns, tired salad and even more tired dill on top. Rye bread can't get much more ordinary. The mayonnaise had been turned into a small bucket of red dressing. Did it taste good? As expected. Did I mention it to the waiter? No, because I think a bit: it's part of the concept - take it or leave it and come.

12/12/2024: Excellent for the price. Now we have been here several times and it fluctuates a bit depending on who is at work when it comes to food and service. The mood is of course influenced by the time and screams and shouts at dinner from the children's department are to be expected. However, at lunch and after 19:30 it is usually bearable.
