03/09/2025: My plaice was okay, but the four potatoes on top were very small. My parents' salmon fillet was extremely dry, and my father didn't eat his whole thing. I don't know if it's normal for service here that you have to order and pay at the counter. It's certainly not like that anywhere else.

15/08/2025: We are deeply disappointed with the room where we held a big event. Food and drinks were fine, but the room in the back was extremely hot. Radiator on full blast on a summer evening. The staff said, we know that…… Such bad style. Ugh ugh ugh. Total sour smiley.

18/03/2025: The surroundings are good, the atmosphere is nice and it is a nice place. But the food is boring. Considering the price of the experience, the buffet is far too narrow and monotonous. Not that it should be compared to traditional buffets - But at Bryggeriet, the buffet is just "boring". Conversely, the concept is good and good wines are served. But since it's the food you come for, it's an unfortunate experience. But why is it so narrow and monotonous? Yes, it is narrow because the selection of dishes. For example, potatoes and meat are served without any sauce. Two salads are served (A simple one consisting of heart salad, pomegranate and cranberry - Tastes fine, but is primarily just salad. No dressing is offered for this) in addition (A red scallion salad, which mostly tastes of cheese / heavy cream - Not very appetizing). In addition, the buffet primarily consists of crisp bread, pesto, onions, olives and other small items. The meat tastes good, but seems very similar. Here the duck was quite dry - the pig and the chicken tasted unremarkable. But at that price point and with the understanding you have of the concept, either beef, veal or lamb should also be served here. So all in all - So the framework is there. They just need to be filled in as expected. Ice cream and dessert were delicious - Some carved fruits (e.g. Melon) would be able to elevate the dessert even more. Will we come again? Hardly with the current buffet, given the price. But should the selection be improved / reassessed, we will gladly try it again.

10/09/2025: There were two of us there for dinner, the only ones, so the rest of the restaurant was empty. We got our food at 5:00 PM sharp. There was no one else in the restaurant when we left at 5:50 PM.

07/10/2025: Nice burger and a really good steak with lovely flavor.

14/08/2025: Had the ribeye steak and fries with pepper sauce, which was okay but nothing special, I would say. We also had Dairy Queen dessert, aka waffles and ice cream, which was very nice. The staff was pleasant and friendly, but it was pretty quiet when we went and sat outside and a couple of times, waiting for the server.

25/09/2025: The food was quite nice. It was a steak, potato slices and whiskey sauce. A basic steak and I would recommend not buying the small one of the cheap ones. It is not particularly big. But of course tastes good anyway. I think it is quite expensive for what it is, but I like the food, and will probably come again.

03/09/2025: I was there today to have a nice lunch with my daughter. When I receive the chicken, and am about to eat it, it was raw. I call the waiter and tell her about it. When she sees it she says, yes I can see that, I will do something about it. 2 minutes pass, then she comes back and says, it's just the juice that is red, we have checked the temperature. I am not convinced at all and express concern. I ask if it is possible to send the food back as I am not comfortable eating it. Tom she answers that it is. When I get to the checkout to pay for the things I actually got and ate, the waiter says “that is a big difference, if I were to give it to you for free, the only thing I can do is give you 20%” So I was forced to pay for something I did not get, and was allowed to return.

11/09/2025: You can clearly see that Jensen's is struggling, unfortunately. The restaurant was almost empty. Despite that, it took a very long time for the food to arrive. We had ordered ad libitum potatoes and gravy, and it took a very long time for the extras to arrive, despite the almost empty restaurant. The staff has always been an absolute pleasure at Jensen's and this time was no exception. They are always so nice and accommodating. It's wonderful! Because of the nice staff I give 4 stars. Otherwise it would have been 1's.

04/09/2025: Ordered a beef tenderloin that was supposed to be cooked medium, after about an hour it was ready. It was cooked through. Got a new one half an hour later after the rest of the family had finished eating. It was very salty. Can't recommend the food in any way.
