17/07/2026: Very careful dishes and original names, especially the children's menu!!! There is not much variety but what there is is very well done and prepared. Nice place and excellent service.
14/07/2026: What a fantastic place! The service is top notch, with enthusiasm and a smile on their face. The food is really delicious too, we enjoyed it to the fullest in the atmospheric surroundings of the Latinerhaven right across from the restaurant. We would love to come back!

I've visited this restaurant three times. My first visit was purely by chance. The weather was beautiful, and I sat on the outdoor terrace at lunchtime. The atmosphere was truly wonderful. I opted for a shrimp sandwich (shrimp on bread) and a glass of white wine. Everything was delicious and a delightful experience.
After this positive first impression, I checked the restaurant's Instagram account and saw a very appetizing-looking hamburger. So, my daughter and I went back in the evening. However, they told us that hamburger was only served at lunchtime. Despite several requests, they said they couldn't make an exception. I ordered a regular hamburger, while my daughter opted for a beef tenderloin. My daughter's meat was good, but we didn't like any of the side dishes. My hamburger used sliced beef, and the meat was completely cold. The fries were also excessively salty. Frankly, this meal didn't impress me at all.
I went back the next day to try the lunchtime hamburger I was curious about. The presentation was really beautiful, but unfortunately, the appearance didn't reflect the taste. The meat was quite tough and dry. When the waiter asked if the meal met my expectations, I explained, even showing him how dry the meat was. He noticed it too, but offered no solution or compensation.
Because of the wonderful experience I had on my first visit, I returned with high expectations. Unfortunately, I didn't find the same quality and taste on subsequent visits. I was particularly disappointed with the hamburger and therefore cannot recommend it.

24/07/2026: Fantastic Brunch Buffet with hot and cold dishes, fresh bread, biscuits, cheese and delicious cakes and cold desserts. Everything a non-vegetarian or vegan could wish for. Welcoming reception by a smiling host in cozy and relaxing surroundings. Several of the guests were families with sweet and well-behaved children, who had a present conversation experience without mobile phones, which emphasized the cozy atmosphere. Even the payment was a different experience with a discount via membership of Ældre Sagen. A memorable experience

The only small thing was that we were disappointed that the bearnaise was very thin, but it tasted delicious. Otherwise everything was great ❤️ good sized portions and a great atmosphere.
The staff was nice and welcoming, helpful and smiling.

22/05/2026: We had an absolutely fantastic evening at the restaurant. We chose the full evening menu with accompanying wine menu, and it was an experience from start to finish. Each serving was beautifully presented, full of flavor and made with great attention to detail. The wines matched the dishes perfectly and lifted the whole experience even more.
The service was top notch – the staff were attentive, professional and incredibly skilled at presenting both food and wine in an exciting and relaxed way. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and exclusive without feeling stiff.
It is clear that there is love for both ingredients and the guest experience. An evening we will not soon forget, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a gastronomic experience beyond the ordinary.

21/07/2026: We celebrated my husband's birthday and the weather was lovely. We got a table outside in the courtyard. Really nice.
We all ordered 3 House Steaks. One 300g and 2 200g. Also rosé wine which was kept cold and topped up when the glasses were almost empty.
It tasted really good.
Can recommend

31/05/2026: They cook very slowly, and the dish advertised as "all you can eat" should have more food on the plate. 179 kr isn't bad, the only drawback is the slow cooking. Also, when there are many customers Waiter service is good
07/05/2026: One of the few Jensens left, we tried their Roast Dinner (ad libitum). We arrived at 7:30 PM and when the first serving came at 7:50 PM, the waiter told us that the kitchen closed at 8:00 PM.
Over 50% of the meat was fatty, the fries and gravy were cold.
Waste of money.

25/09/2025: The food was quite nice. It was a steak, potato slices and whiskey sauce. A basic steak and I would recommend not buying the small one of the cheap ones. It is not particularly big. But of course tastes good anyway.
I think it is quite expensive for what it is, but I like the food, and will probably come again.
03/09/2025: I was there today to have a nice lunch with my daughter.
When I receive the chicken, and am about to eat it, it was raw. I call the waiter and tell her about it. When she sees it she says, yes I can see that, I will do something about it. 2 minutes pass, then she comes back and says, it's just the juice that is red, we have checked the temperature. I am not convinced at all and express concern. I ask if it is possible to send the food back as I am not comfortable eating it. Tom she answers that it is. When I get to the checkout to pay for the things I actually got and ate, the waiter says “that is a big difference, if I were to give it to you for free, the only thing I can do is give you 20%”
So I was forced to pay for something I did not get, and was allowed to return.

We got our food at 5:00 PM sharp.
There was no one else in the restaurant when we left at 5:50 PM.

24/09/2025: We order Food to take away last saturday 20 of september, but when we Came it was close everyone was sick.
We did not get food and still not have the money back,we have came back to try to get the money and send email, but still no money
11/09/2025: We entered an almost empty restaurant and were greeted kindly, but with a "warning" that they couldn't serve draft beer at all.
We could live with that, so the husband ordered 1 glass of red wine and I ordered sparkling water.
The husband ordered and received an excellent piece of beef.
I was tempted by the special offer sign on the table, which showed a schnitzel with a pile of fried mushrooms and accompanying fries and sauce.
It was brought to the table by someone other than the one who took the order.
I was told that it was a mistake, that I had not been told that they had run out of mushrooms.
Despite this, the kitchen prepared the food, without taking the initiative to suggest to me whether I would rather order something else.
Instead, she suggested a salad without charge and coffee after the meal.
I said, as it were, that it was a poor substitute for what you have just been looking forward to. I asked if there were any mushrooms in the salad bar that they could fry? But no, there weren't any.
At that point, it was finally suggested to me that I might want something completely different.
I said no, a bit of the fun disappears when one person has eaten and the other has to sit and wait.
I poured sauce over my meat and it slid down.
Then the man looks at me and says "you'd almost think they're going bankrupt"
A little later, the waiter came over and asked a little awkwardly if it was good after all.
To that I replied: "When the draft beer system doesn't work and you don't have the ingredients that were marked on an offer on the table, you'd think you're going bankrupt"?
She answered YES to that, the restaurant is closing at the end of September.
She told me a little more, which I won't repeat here, but it's not fun to be a part of.
We wished them luck in finding a better workplace.
