25/05/2025: Me sorprendió lo agradable que era el ambiente en el restaurante. La iluminación, la configuración de la mesa y el espacio entre las mesas era perfecto. Una cosa que no esperábamos, fue el tiempo que tomó para que nuestra comida estuviera lista. Esperamos casi una hora por nuestra comida y para considerar que no era un día ocupado ya que era un martes. Además de eso, la comida era excelente y los camareros eran muy agradables.
24/05/2025: Mal servicio, 10 minutos para conseguir un menú. 20 minutos para tomar mi orden de que me digan “nos olvidamos de que te sentaste en la esquina” sin disculpas.
Esperó a tomar otra copa, saludó al camarero y estaba caminando, luego vio a su amigo y sirvió esa mesa y luego se fue.
El alcohol era agradable y el lugar es agradable.

01/03/2025: I had a clear expectation that when I ordered a table long before it was to be used, that I would be sitting inside the restaurant itself. Was told if I specifically wanted this I should write it as a comment in the order. The staff promised us that if a table became available, we would get it. 10 minutes after us, other guests arrived. They were also seated outside and given drinks and cutlery, but after 15 minutes they were given a table inside the restaurant. Not ok.
They didn't have enough big deep plates for salad, there were many empty containers at the salad bar, extra potatoes had to be bought, extra sauce had to be bought. The only diet soda was Pepsi Max. It was incredibly cold to sit in front of the restaurant (it is located inside the Herning Centre) but we were not far from the entrances to the centre.
We will not come again, would rather pay DKK 700 at McDonalds.
