14/01/2025: There were 4 of us and everyone was fully satisfied. It was super delicious and nicely decorated. Definitely worth a visit!

28/02/2025: Good coffee and desserts:) Me and my partner are lactose intolerant, baristas didnt have any issues with using oat/almond milk instead of regular milk. We also ordered one of the desserts, but after a minute she came back and told us that its actually with lactose and proposed some other dessert alternatives- that was an extra point, that waiters are aware of what they are serving:) Place itself is cozy with plenty of tables to sit at.

12/10/2024: I also ordered the pizza vampira with pepperoni to take away. I got a pizza without pepperoni, but there was red, oily salami on it. Maybe a misunderstanding. But the whole thing was swimming in oil and didn't smell particularly appetizing. Unfortunately a failure.

02/10/2024: I have always had some wonderful and fantastic experiences with Bruno (Owner of the pizzeria) and they employed some super nice and warm people :-) It is very unfair that they had to close because you felt welcome and well liked :-) :-( Wishes them ALL the best

14/02/2025: The waiters were exceptionally good, kitchen served extremely good meal and waitressing staff were extremely food at advising us on what we should pair our wine with. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Aarhus and looking for a good place to eat at a semi fine dining restaurant.

14/03/2025: The staff and the dining experience was a real pleasure. Very cozy place, one of the better dining out experiences if you are into the classics.

10/03/2025: Unfortunately the most dry Stegt flæsk we have ever tried, it was hard to bite. The service was excellent.

09/02/2025: Vi besøgte Restaurant Dauphine i forbindelse med Gastro Week, hvor restauranten tilbød en tre-retters menu til 299 kr. En prisvenlig menu, men desværre uden meget “gastro” over oplevelsen. Servicen var generelt venlig og imødekommende, men maden levede ikke op til forventningerne. Forrettens fisk var desværre overtilberedt, hvilket gjorde den tør og kedelig. Den tilhørende porresuppe var nærmest smagsløs og manglede tydeligt salt og tilsmagning. Hovedretten, svinekæbe, var druknet i en alt for dominerende syrlig sauce, som ligeledes savnede balance og krydring. Oven i det blev der hældt endnu en stor klat sauce på retten, hvilket overdøvede smagen fuldstændigt. Tilbehøret bidrog desværre ikke med noget nævneværdigt, da det også manglede smag. Desserten bestod af en stor klump pære, som var tæt på smagsløs og ikke tilført nogen form for dybde eller nuancer. Alt i alt en skuffende madoplevelse. Jeg har forståelse for, at en menu til 299 kr. sætter visse begrænsninger, men på en Århusiansk institution som Dauphine burde man forvente mere – både i smag og udførelse. Vinmenuen var dog et positivt indslag og fint afstemt.

20/02/2025: First night in Aarhus, speculative booking and a total triumph. Delicious food (to different steaks) and excellent service plus the best non alcoholic beer on tap (special effects by Brooklyn !). Thank you xxx

15/02/2025: Relax in a bad place. They should tighten up instead. It resembles a mediocre cafe that wants to be a restaurant but doesn't have the skills. The front room is absolutely terrible. People come straight into the restaurant and stand in a big clump with their outerwear on and wait for a long time to be assigned a table. Several tables are located right at the entrance and sit in a row from the door that goes up and in all the time. It seems like they are squeezing in way too many guests for what they can handle. Extremely long waiting times, both before ordering and between meals. Low level of service from the "waiters", who are also difficult to make eye contact with. My steak was not evenly cooked - well done at one end, almost raw at the other. After sending it out again, it returns from the kitchen with the message that it is as it should be. My wife's meat was almost cold. We also sent that out, only to get it back a few degrees warmer. The chef must be completely tone deaf. I see that others also write that there are problems with long waiting times and even double bookings. So we were not "unlucky" – there are generally quite a few issues with this place.

06/03/2025: They couldn't cook 75% of the food on their menu. What we ordered also had to be abandoned. But eventually we found a dish they could make.

14/02/2025: We went to Martino for me DinnerDays and had a five course meal. The three first courses were great, the main was okay, and the dessert was not good.

23/02/2025: I ate at Anker in connection with Gastro Week. We got a 4-course menu consisting of Appetizer: Rimmed scallop w. creamy beetroot, winter roots and horseradish cream Mid course: Marbled veal carpaccio w. fermented mushroom puree, pickled beech hats, fried capers and rosemary oil Main course: Fried Sashi beef loin w. artichoke risotto, baked parsley, roasted leek and sauce demi glace Dessert: Apple panna cotta w. tart apples, applesauce, warm sweet spices and sorrel And also a wine menu All the dishes just tasted really good and one of the people I was eating with said that the main course is one of the best he has ever tasted. Huge recommendation from here. Friendly and professional service and good atmosphere too

23/02/2025: A mediocre innings. There was really nothing to complain about the food - nor anything surprising or anything that raised it above average. The atmosphere was characterized by the fact that the service was extremely slow, which for us meant that we only got our first service after an hour and a quarter. It was cold prawns in a bowl, so the production time hardly dragged on On the whole, the service was dull. No one who asked about the food told us what we ate. In total it took three hours without starter or dessert.
