20/12/2024: Esta fue la experiencia Michelin 2 estrellas perfecta. Menú de 13 platos y aparcacoches. La razón por la que era perfecto era que ni una sola porción era una falta. He estado en muchos restaurantes Michelin y de mi experiencia siempre hay 2 - 3 rellenos en el menú - cursos que solo está allí para traer el número de porciones. Pero aquí no. Un menú bien equilibrado en términos de sabor, textura y uso diferente de carne, mariscos, verduras y granos: perfección.
El parring de vino no era barato, pero era muy buen vino y las copas eran más grandes que la media.
Volveremos.
06/12/2024: 'Had the great opportunity to dine at the ⭐⭐️ Michelin restaurant ‘ Restaurant Frederikshøj’ and was in for a treat. The combination of taste, craftsmanship, atmosphere and true art made this experience a fulfilling one. The staff were very friendly and had great knowledge of what drinks that were best combined with the food. This all together made me leave with a truly satisfied stomach, taste buds and smile. Highly recommend a visit.

22/11/2024: Here you can get fresh fish as well as fish sandwiches for direct consumption. The staff is quite friendly, the waiting time is 15-20 minutes. You get a buzzer. The plaice fillet was very tasty but salty. The salmon roll was very tasty. There is also fish and chips here. You can pay by card and you can park briefly in front of the shop.
14/11/2024: We were here in June and I have to say it was much better (fish & chips). I had the same thing today, what can I say, the fries were limp and the fish wasn't really good either 😟. Things are definitely getting better. The service was nice and friendly, that wasn't the problem. When we're in the area again we'll try it again.
Conclusion: even if it's not high season, the quality shouldn't suffer.

11/11/2024: Superb place. Really authentic and I have never met such sweet and super welcoming smiling warm waiters and the owner Søren..
Really good atmosphere, ok prices and the food is just something I HAVE to try again🍷
I had confit duck legs and a nice glass of spiced red wine.
The food came quickly even though the place was completely packed here on a Monday at 6pm.
I can highly recommend the place and that.

27/12/2024: Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant. We had a gift card worth approx. DKK 1200 and had ordered a table for two. Unfortunately we were placed at a table behind their iPad where we sat and looked directly into all their reservations - it certainly didn't feel like a normal table.
The food was only mediocre. We were placed right behind a group of 14 drunk men who were yelling and screaming the entire time. It seemed to be okay with the staff though, as they were obviously friends with the waiter. We couldn't bear to sit there, so right after we had our main course, we decided to take the food home.
Unfortunately the food was really disappointing. Some dishes were far too salty, while others seemed like attempts at something special, but the taste hit the mark.
We were happy to get away earlier, but it really felt like 1200 DKK. wasted.
24/12/2024: The food was quite good for the price.
It took a lot of time before we got the first course, so the drinks had to get warm.
We were missing some remoulade and red cabbage for our dishes, but otherwise it was ok.
Gluten free food was quite nice.
Toilets were ok

12/12/2024: Restaurant MellemRum is definitely one of the better places to eat that offers an exquisite culinary experience in cozy surroundings. The menu is seasonal and focuses on local ingredients, which ensures fresh and tasty dishes. The staff is attentive and welcoming, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. A visit to MellemRum is a pleasure for both the taste buds and the senses.
MellemRum is definitely worth a revisit.

12/10/2024: I also ordered the pizza vampira with pepperoni to take away. I got a pizza without pepperoni, but there was red, oily salami on it. Maybe a misunderstanding. But the whole thing was swimming in oil and didn't smell particularly appetizing. Unfortunately a failure.
02/10/2024: I have always had some wonderful and fantastic experiences with Bruno (Owner of the pizzeria) and they employed some super nice and warm people :-) It is very unfair that they had to close because you felt welcome and well liked :-) :-( Wishes them ALL the best

04/01/2025: We had a vegetarian and vegan lunch for a private event. It was delicious and nicely arranged on a plate.
The staff were present and welcoming. It was decorated for Christmas and it was beautiful and atmospheric. The view is impeccable, such a lovely place.
