20/12/2024: Esta fue la experiencia Michelin 2 estrellas perfecta. Menú de 13 platos y aparcacoches. La razón por la que era perfecto era que ni una sola porción era una falta. He estado en muchos restaurantes Michelin y de mi experiencia siempre hay 2 - 3 rellenos en el menú - cursos que solo está allí para traer el número de porciones. Pero aquí no. Un menú bien equilibrado en términos de sabor, textura y uso diferente de carne, mariscos, verduras y granos: perfección.
El parring de vino no era barato, pero era muy buen vino y las copas eran más grandes que la media.
Volveremos.
06/12/2024: 'Had the great opportunity to dine at the ⭐⭐️ Michelin restaurant ‘ Restaurant Frederikshøj’ and was in for a treat. The combination of taste, craftsmanship, atmosphere and true art made this experience a fulfilling one. The staff were very friendly and had great knowledge of what drinks that were best combined with the food. This all together made me leave with a truly satisfied stomach, taste buds and smile. Highly recommend a visit.

The service is good.
Our space was a bit cramped but it didn't hurt the overall experience.

Really friendly staff.
A bit of a wait for service, but it was also full, so that is completely understandable.
Insanely delicious and tasty food, their turbot sat right in the cupboard and so did their beuf béarnaise, the rare thing you can get fried bleu steak cooked perfectly. Carpaccio and foi gras were perfectly tempered starters that were just so full of all that good flavour.
We chose to have the recommended wine which was under each dish with our food, it's a very good choice, really well paired.

08/01/2025: A lovely evening with a small company. Exciting and exquisite food and wines. Cozy rooms with good acoustics.
Everything was under control, and the dishes came at appropriate intervals. We will definitely come again.

12/10/2024: I also ordered the pizza vampira with pepperoni to take away. I got a pizza without pepperoni, but there was red, oily salami on it. Maybe a misunderstanding. But the whole thing was swimming in oil and didn't smell particularly appetizing. Unfortunately a failure.
02/10/2024: I have always had some wonderful and fantastic experiences with Bruno (Owner of the pizzeria) and they employed some super nice and warm people :-) It is very unfair that they had to close because you felt welcome and well liked :-) :-( Wishes them ALL the best

10/02/2025: Just terrible!!! I have never eaten such terrible, greasy and expensive food anywhere.
The burger and the whole plate are covered in sauce.
The schnitzel, not only is it already fatty, they also give you butter to drizzle it on.
Pork belly - thinly cut pieces, deep-fried.
The beer is not tasty.
The tartare is okay, but there is no bread or anything to go with it.
They position themselves as a restaurant, and the tablecloths are covered with white sheets of paper.
When changing the type of beer, they don’t even change the glass!
09/02/2025: I have never eaten such expensive and not tasty food... Everything was overcooked with oil and they served extra oil in a saucer... I don’t recommend it...

10/02/2025: Extremely poor service and the food was mediocre. We stood and waited in the entrance for a long time, where several waiters walked right past us without so much as greeting or asking us to wait. The food was pre-ordered, but we sat for almost half an hour before we could order drinks (aperitif and water). It was also almost impossible to order wine with the food. Despite three dishes, we left a little hungry.

29/01/2025: Efter flere besøg blev så dette, det sidste - maden var oversaltet og tjeneren kunne kun beklage - fik mistanke om fisken måske ikke var helt frisk, så den skulle "skjules" i salt - købte herefter en dessert til at dæmpe smagen, men her var knap 2 teskefulde!!
mine 3 ledsagere er enig i denne vurdering.
18/12/2024: Really nice and cozy place with good service and good wine.
We got fish dishes, and as such there is really nothing to complain about, it is as described. Of course you have to like fish :) For us there was just no wow factor in the food, it tasted good, was nicely presented, but nothing extraordinary. The smoked tuna was REALLY good though :D
Good service, there wasn't a wine menu for this, but she was nice and even made one for me :)
Pleasant evening at the marina with a nice view of the boats and the light from the buildings on the other side.
