The owner is Italian, able to make you feel home.
They do make the best, crispy Italian pizza. Perfect place, will come back.

11/04/2025: This has redefined what five starts means for me. The food, the staff and the whole experience was out of this world. Don't pass up the opportunity to dine here!
20/12/2024: Esta fue la experiencia Michelin 2 estrellas perfecta. Menú de 13 platos y aparcacoches. La razón por la que era perfecto era que ni una sola porción era una falta. He estado en muchos restaurantes Michelin y de mi experiencia siempre hay 2 - 3 rellenos en el menú - cursos que solo está allí para traer el número de porciones. Pero aquí no. Un menú bien equilibrado en términos de sabor, textura y uso diferente de carne, mariscos, verduras y granos: perfección.
El parring de vino no era barato, pero era muy buen vino y las copas eran más grandes que la media.
Volveremos.

15/04/2025: We had booked a table at 19:00. Got a very small table in the hallway by the kitchen and toilet. The staff "flied" around our ears. We pointed this out to the staff, we were given a slightly larger table but out to the same time area. The staff tried their best but their working conditions were impossible.
Too many guests have been squeezed into too small an area. It was also almost impossible to get in through the entrance door because of tables / guests at the borders. Too much noise and too hectic an experience. However, we were compensated with free wine. It pulls up a star

21/04/2025: Meget hyggeligt sted, med sød betjening og meget dejlig mad, bestemt ikke sidste gang vi kommer der så derfor de 5 stjerner
17/04/2025: Var på påskeophold i Århus og havde fået Pondus anbefalet af bekendte. En noget skuffende oplevelse. Fik en 3 retteres menu som er på menukortet som en at deres signatur retter. Må du sige at dette var ret skuffende. Små og meget enkle retter. Hovedret var et stykke kylling bryst samt en svampe sovs. Ingen tilbehør eller andet end et stykke brød som også skulle deles med forrettet. Citronkagen var ok og en dejlig afslutning. Samlede anbefaling - denne kan jeg ikke anbefale der er andre rigtig dejlige spisesteder i samme prisklasser hvor der er kæret mere om maden.
Så en lidt øv oplevelse.

26/04/2025: The food was good, full of flavor and super fresh. The staff is super nice and makes you feel at home.
09/04/2025: The food here was absolutely delicious. You could feel the cooks knew what they were doing, and each dish was well-thought-out. We got both the vegetarian and the regular menu, and the vegetarian version was so good that it might’ve been better than the regular menu. They definitely got the different flavours perfectly balanced.
The service wasn't that great. There was a long pause in service without us knowing, and some of the wine glasses seemed dirty. The waiters were alright, but they didn't seem interested in being there. Further, the atmosphere was okay but not anything special. Where we sat, we could hear yelling in the kitchen, which is never nice for a customer. This might just be unfortunate, but nevertheless, our experience.
Overall, the food was the main attraction for the restaurant. If all you care about is the food, this place is absolutely amazing!

Located on the old ferry "Sorte Louis", the café cradles calmly on the water and offers guests an incomparable view of the harbor - a perfect place for a relaxing moment away from the noise of the city.

12/10/2024: I also ordered the pizza vampira with pepperoni to take away. I got a pizza without pepperoni, but there was red, oily salami on it. Maybe a misunderstanding. But the whole thing was swimming in oil and didn't smell particularly appetizing. Unfortunately a failure.

03/05/2025: Have been here often and it has always been a good experience. With and service is top notch. And the price is also really reasonable. A large selection of schnapps is also sold.

01/04/2025: 4 of us went last weekend and we will definitely be back. The food was fabulous! We got their recommended 3 course menu - really value for money. Fantastic waiters, unfortunately the only downside was a neighboring table which was quite noisy. The wine card could use a re-evaluation though :-)

24/03/2025: They cooked the food for a party and the main course was terrible, the meat was tough and full of tendons - inedible, it was hard to cut and I felt like I was choking on the meat :)

09/02/2025: Vi besøgte Restaurant Dauphine i forbindelse med Gastro Week, hvor restauranten tilbød en tre-retters menu til 299 kr. En prisvenlig menu, men desværre uden meget “gastro” over oplevelsen.
Servicen var generelt venlig og imødekommende, men maden levede ikke op til forventningerne. Forrettens fisk var desværre overtilberedt, hvilket gjorde den tør og kedelig. Den tilhørende porresuppe var nærmest smagsløs og manglede tydeligt salt og tilsmagning.
Hovedretten, svinekæbe, var druknet i en alt for dominerende syrlig sauce, som ligeledes savnede balance og krydring. Oven i det blev der hældt endnu en stor klat sauce på retten, hvilket overdøvede smagen fuldstændigt. Tilbehøret bidrog desværre ikke med noget nævneværdigt, da det også manglede smag.
Desserten bestod af en stor klump pære, som var tæt på smagsløs og ikke tilført nogen form for dybde eller nuancer.
Alt i alt en skuffende madoplevelse. Jeg har forståelse for, at en menu til 299 kr. sætter visse begrænsninger, men på en Århusiansk institution som Dauphine burde man forvente mere – både i smag og udførelse.
Vinmenuen var dog et positivt indslag og fint afstemt.

23/02/2025: A mediocre innings. There was really nothing to complain about the food - nor anything surprising or anything that raised it above average.
The atmosphere was characterized by the fact that the service was extremely slow, which for us meant that we only got our first service after an hour and a quarter. It was cold prawns in a bowl, so the production time hardly dragged on
On the whole, the service was dull. No one who asked about the food told us what we ate.
In total it took three hours without starter or dessert.
23/02/2025: I ate at Anker in connection with Gastro Week. We got a 4-course menu consisting of
Appetizer: Rimmed scallop w. creamy beetroot, winter roots and horseradish cream
Mid course: Marbled veal carpaccio w. fermented mushroom puree, pickled beech hats, fried capers and rosemary oil
Main course: Fried Sashi beef loin w. artichoke risotto, baked parsley, roasted leek and sauce demi glace
Dessert: Apple panna cotta w. tart apples, applesauce, warm sweet spices and sorrel
And also a wine menu
All the dishes just tasted really good and one of the people I was eating with said that the main course is one of the best he has ever tasted. Huge recommendation from here.
Friendly and professional service and good atmosphere too
