29/10/2025: Was on a tøzze wellness weekend 5 people at Hvidbjerg beach. We chose at home that we wanted to try breakfast Saturday morning at Højde 4.
I ordered and paid inside the Hvidbjerg App. Easy and fast. There was breakfast from 8-10 and we left the campsite at 8 o'clock and it took 15 minutes to walk down there. Lovely cozy little restaurant and it was regularly filled.
Lovely ingredients and homemade. We were there for almost 1 1/2 hours. Inside where we sat there was a small fireplace that warmed us nicely.
Vivid starin lights in the windows. There is definitely not the last time we try this.
20/10/2025: Great ambiance and a very fine menu. Unfortunately, the dark-blonde waitress with long hair was anything but nice. She was very unfriendly in her communication. A real shame! When I was paying, I felt ignored; she simply left me standing there. I have little sympathy for that, and I haven't experienced anything like it anywhere else in beautiful Blåvand.

26/09/2025: Amazingly good food, every bite was an intense and exciting taste experience, which was enhanced by the accompanying wines from the wine menu. Good atmosphere in the small restaurant and lovely personal service.
26/09/2025: It's not often that you can give five stars for Food, Service and Atmosphere. But that's it! Thanks for such a nice experience!

03/08/2025: Friendly waiter welcomed us. 2 small “free” appetizers were served. Chicken souffle in delicious dressing, sashimi with sorbet. Haps haps! Then began a fantastic journey through a 7 course menu. Just the smell of each dish that was served was amazing. The appearance was a pure delight. The taste was so adapted that you could taste all the ingredients in the dish - the salt and pepper were not necessary. Great to know this art - to adapt to everyone's taste buds. Because it is an art! So 5 ⭐️ from us and clearly to you out there. Have a Bacchus and enjoy it, just enjoy it!
02/08/2025: Lovely evening in good company. The male waiter was however very busy changing our dishes a little too quickly. He was not present and not very hospitable. The young man who presented our dishes was to U.G
Before we had even finished, the male waiter came with our bill, and we had to point out that we were not finished, and had not ordered payment. That service is not okay when you pay almost 3,000 kr for an evening.
We were there on August 2, 2025
The food was absolutely fantastic.

Too bad it closes so early in the evening.
15/10/2025: A great experience, especially for children. The food was delicious and served quickly. You have to keep in mind that you're not just paying for the food, but also for the experience itself. And in my opinion, it's worth it.

09/11/2025: Very expensive beer, even for a small size. But cozy
03/11/2025: Way too long a queue for the brunch buffet, and then you had to sit in line and freeze, as there was a door open right to the main entrance to the bridge. This definitely couldn't be closed according to an employee, as it was an emergency exit.
The food was okay though and they were good at replenishing the buffet with new food.

17/02/2024: The place does not exist. We had booked a table for tonight. Yesterday we received a reminder about our reservation. Showed up today to the closed restaurant. Contacted Rebelli, which unfortunately did not have room for us. You could have offered us another dinner or a cup of hot coffee. A little to learn maybe😁 Good evening after all.
21/10/2023: Bestilte Ripeye, fik 4 udskårede tynde skiver. Virkelig skuffende taget betragtning af prisen. Skuffende.

07/07/2025: 1: vores drikkevare kom ikke på samme tid. En af os nåede at få vores mad først, hvor efter de to andre drikkevare kommer senere.
2: jeg finder plastik i min pizza. - se billedet, flere af sådan nogle stykker lå der i den.
3: ikke særlig venlige eller kundeservice mind tjenere.
Alt i alt, en træls oplevelse.

30/03/2025: Hyggelig lille café med et stort udvalg af veganske kager, samt nogle sandwiches. Vi fik varm kakao med kanelsnegle - det hele var meget lækkert. Jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage for at prøve de andre kager.
11/01/2025: Fantastisk og imponerende vegansk bagværk. Bare ærgerligt at man skal nyde alt det lækre bagværk på lave skamler. Det ødelægger desværre nydelsen og hyggen.
