17/12/2024: Dear everyone We were looking for a place where we could have some lunch. When we arrived at the place, we were met by a female employee who got angry because we had a pram with us. She pointed to our stroller and then said, "must be room for the big thing" while rolling her eyes. We were immediately willing to put the pram by a wardrobe or similar. However, with this reception by the female employee, we did not feel welcome and told her that we preferred to find another place to eat.

17/11/2024: We can only praise this place! Super nice staff who welcomed us nicely and were very informative. Nice and cozy room with plenty of space. We had 5 courses in the evening. And it all tasted so good! The service during the serving was also top notch! The breakfast buffet was delicious, inviting and tasted just lovely. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. It just added a little extra to the atmosphere All in all. A very good experience ❤️

11/12/2023: We were supposed to hold an event at the café in November. The buffet was excellent, but much of the food was store-bought food that was simply heated. A bit disappointing. The service from the youth workers was quite nice, but the service, from what I assume is the owner, was service-abandoned. No interest in providing any kind of service. We got the feeling that we were a nuisance by coming. In any case, we don't want to arrange anything down there another time.. Our guests also commented that she was rude - both to them, but also to her employees. The youth workers also seemed to be slightly "afraid" of her. At one point, she was sitting at a table next to the bar with some friends, directing the youth workers what to do. It's not a very good signal to send to your guests.

09/12/2023: My girlfriend and I had called down to the cafe to ask if we could use our smartbox at them. Our smartbox rang for brunch for 2 people. We are told by an employee on the phone that it applies to both people and that we can just come down and have brunch and then "pay" with our smartbox. When we have eaten and have to go over and "pay", they suddenly want us to pay DKK 189 for the food. My girlfriend and I say that we have called and been told that smartbox one applies to both of us. So we will not pay. After some time where we have discussed with the employees, we are allowed to leave without paying any more. It's a shame that it has to spoil our experience. We will never buy a smartbox again or go to that cafe.
