11/11/2024: Vi bestilte 2 hjemmelavet brugere og var meget skuffet over hvad vi fik. Der var ikke tale om hjemmelavet brugere. Bøffen var så flad som dem man kan få på maccen og næsten intet salat i. Syntes bestemt ikke det var pengene værd og falsk reklamation.
04/11/2024: It's good enough bad can't advise you to go there there was also hair in my food. Oscar Gade Frimann can't figure out his bad job. Frozen food and very poor service. Your chef Oscar Gade Frimann made bad half-frozen food and spoke badly to me.

Where this cafe wins is the staff, price. And the space for an easy evening with small children. Totally relaxed. Totally sweet and helpful.
It should be easy on a Tuesday.

03/11/2024: The best thing about the visit was the Coke.. that speaks for itself.
To start with, we are greeted by a flabby young girl - mega bad service. We sit for a long time waiting for a waiter, where we finally ask ourselves if we can order something to drink.
The food was tasteless and not worth eating. First and last time we were there👎🏼
If I can give 0 stars, they would have got it.

06/11/2024: Cozy place in the Ballerup Centre, the food was ok, without being flashy, the service was really good 😊👍, was here now for the second time, and it was unfortunately really disappointing, the food was absolutely nothing to write home about👎, and the service was this time really bad 👎 it will be the last time we come here 👎 therefore the review will also be changed.

I visited Espresso House in Ballerup for the first time with a friend and we were greeted by a fantastic young girl named Fatime, she was so nice and helped us choose the many delicious coffee choices.
Can highly recommend the place and the atmosphere is so cozy😍
We will definitely come there again
Have been to many other departments but Ballerup stands out 100% and is the best😃😃😃

16/07/2024: Delicious pastries and a generous coffee cups. I got a cappuccino and a pastry. I also got what I thought would be a slice of another pastry, but it wasn’t per slice, they gave me the whole thing 😂 That was like 65kr, so without that it the coffee and small pastry would be under 100kr.
Staff are friendly, welcoming and English speaking. Calm and quiet atmosphere for some downtime in the centre or for a quick catch up with friends.

Here is nice, clean and polite service.
Good and family-friendly restaurant!
18/08/2024: Ordered from there and the food was fine, but had ordered and paid for extra dressing on the pizza which they had unfortunately forgotten. Don't pay for extra toppings.

14/08/2024: The coolest pizza I've tried.. ordered through Wolt and got a pizza that looked delicious, but it was so cool and completely black on the bottom. An inedible pizza. All I got was a small unappetizing slice from it before I realized it tasted burnt and my fries. DKK 109 🤮 for that pizza - when I contacted Wolt, Alanya Pizzaria was willing to give DKK 50 again. So I have paid DKK 170 for a tray of fries. I feel so ripped off.
