23/04/2024: Fantastic theme in the urban setting they are ALWAYS happy and sweet. i usually go down to them from another city! it my favorite baker and staff. now in a difficult time, I have ordered several times through wolt and each time I have received some fantastically delicious bread! and this time the world's best service, which surprises me every time! I will always only do business with them in the future, especially now that they have given us world class service while I was ill!

27/03/2024: Long extra waiting time! (+15 min). Flabby young employee! An underbaked pizza. A burnt pizza. Ordered without red pepper - there was red pepper on it! Ordered without olives - there were olives on it! 1 star because 0 is not possible!

20/04/2024: There were far too many guests. We waited a long time for a table and for drinks. There was dirt on the floors and in the buffet. Disgusting, the plates and Cutlery was not clean.

20/04/2024: The food was great, especially the fried rice and the staff were also very friendly. Good experience overall.

07/05/2024: was there for their lunch special. We had read on the website that they had it. Nowhere does it say that their menu is different from the evening menu. When we come we are told that the menu was smaller for those who had a lunch and they didn't have the same things i.a. lamb chops, which was what we really wanted. The service was very bad. They came and served and were in a hurry to leave again. They didn't clear the table until we asked for it ourselves. Several times they made mistakes in our orders. They brought something we didn't order or forgot what we ordered. The waiter finally comes and scolds us and tells us to change our review. They justify all their mistakes in service with "they also had lunch and they have to eat themselves, so what if they didn't want to clean up?!" Overall very bad experience!! We have been here many times before but a few years ago. And I remembered the experience as being good, which is why we chose to come from far away again. But that was the last time!

02/03/2024: Used to come here a lot. Unfortunately a really bad experience today. Ordered a coffee with syrup. It didn't taste like anything. I ask if there is syrup in it and there is a snarl YES. I then ask a little later if I can buy some extra syrup, then I get a reprimand from the barista if I have tried that coffee before, and it ends more or less in a whole discussion. Bad attitude etc.

30/10/2023: Good but expensive coffee. There could well be more in the cups.

12/01/2024: Sød betjening og maden var ok til prisen. Lasagne var ikke fast og lå som en flad masse fra Lidl køler på tallerkenen. Pasta og salat som blev valgt også, tog sig bedre ud på tallerkener. Vi valgte at spise på stedet, cafeteriastemning, ingen Lady og Vagabonden stemning. De to ældre herrer bag disken gav en udemærket betjening. Der blev endda tændt for lyset i cafeteriaområdet efter lidt tid. Vi beholdt overtøjet på, da varme ikke var noget man havde tændt for på en af årets koldeste dage. Stedet er helt sikkert baseret på take away nu, så bistrofølelsen er død på stedet, hvilket er en skam. Endnu en gang, god mad til prisen og sød betjening.

17/12/2023: Orion Pizza Burger & Grillhouse has really impressed me! The person I spoke to on the phone when ordering was incredibly nice and friendly, which made for a positive start to the whole experience. The food delivered a true taste experience that transported me to Italy. Their pizza hit the spot with authentic flavor and texture. It is clear that emphasis is placed on the quality of the ingredients. The juicy and tasty experience was truly like getting a bite of Italy in every bite. All in all, I can only recommend Orion Pizza Burger & Grillhouse for their delicious food and fantastic customer service. A truly enjoyable experience and I look forward to ordering from there again!

23/03/2024: Greedy ridiculous company that hires "children"/young people to manage a whole business the food takes 40 min before it arrives at dinner time. I seriously don't understand why people keep coming there it's the last time here..
