The food was decent, but the menu prices don’t include VAT, so the final bill was 25% higher than expected. This wasn’t clearly stated, making it feel deceptive. Won’t be returning.

24/01/2025: The family and I have been coming to restaurant Shanghai for at least 10 years.
We have never had anything to complain about.
The food is good and there is always plenty of sushi! Unless you come "a big company", unannounced, at the end of the evening!
Then you can, of course, expect a bit of a wait. As the sushi is fresh and homemade.
Fantastic service and the owners "are almost family"❤️
"12 out of 10 possible points" from here!

05/04/2025: ordered a burger, the place wasn't busy, took 20 minutes to finish, came home with it, dry burger, almost no dressing, amount of bacon = almost non-existent, no love for the food, would not recommend the place, use Alfredo on Strandvejen instead or order for delivery from pizaria in Espergærde/Helsingør
14/03/2025: It was so beautiful walking into a warm atmosphere as well as the pizza we had was so good . Tge service is 100% lovely 😍

24/01/2025: In contrast to several of the city's supermarkets, there is always consistently good and friendly service here. The employees are positive, service minded and seem to have a good collegiality which affects the customer experience. Thumbs up to both employees and those who recruit. I can see that you have just got a new colleague and here too there seems to be the same care for friendly service.
Of course, it is not a life-changing experience to buy your morning coffee from a positive employee rather than a grumpy one, but it does make a small difference...
So thanks for that.

08/12/2024: The atmosphere was okay the food was really good The atmosphere is not really my style. It felt a little old and not well kept but the food was really good and the service was actually very sweet. They usually have music live music there and goes to the train station so that’s good and good coffee.

Det var fremragende. Bo Terp havde lavet 3 table serveringer, ala tapas, og det var så lækkert anrettet, smagte fremragende, og min mail var fuld af ros dagen efter.
Bo havde forstået, hvad jeg ønskede, noget let og lækkert, rigtig pigemad.
Lokalet var lyst og havde en rigtig god arkustik.
