06/09/2025: Super nice place, very cozy and good service. The food was really nice, and their Mongolian barbecue tasted insane. Mega underrated if you like Chinese food! It seems like there aren't more people eating here😋

26/07/2025: Nice store with nice items. Regarding the website: why do you advertise items that HAVE been discounted? That's not normal. What's the purpose? You have to be very careful not to get scammed. I did that and drove half an hour just to find out that the offer was no longer valid. It looks like deliberate misleading marketing. Furthermore, the regular price of the item in the store was now far below the one on the website - that is, the pre-price from last month before the price reduction.

22/04/2025: There is not a single basil leaf on their Margarita pizza. The cheese is an industrial product that has never seen a mozzarella.
Reply to the owner:
If there is no basil on it, it is not a Margherita. The definition of a Margherita is mozzarella, tomato and basil ;)
And there is something green that looks unmistakably like basil in your own photo ;)

05/06/2025: Bought a salad pizza and a Hawaiian pizza today.
What a big disappointment.
On the salad pizza there was both red cabbage, red onion, grated carrot and pesto that tasted of garlic.
The salad looked brownish - Not very appetizing
On the Hawaiian pizza there was sliced ham - most reminiscent of the cheap product from e.g. netto that you use for rye bread snacks 🤥
We will not buy pizza from there again

30/07/2025: I have to admit that it is a place we use because there are no others. But there is a lack of love and time in what is served. For example, a homemade bun on the breakfast plate, that it is from frost or whatever it is, it is an Ommer. I think it is simply too easy. The service is often confusing and you have to remind them of the order.
13/07/2025: I have never had such a poor sandwich. with so little chicken in it. and for that price. and the coffee a bit runny. but you know the price of that. of course it is a tourist area

19/06/2025: I am deeply shocked and appalled by my experience with Castello Pizzaria in Fredensborg !!!!! The owner of the restaurant is extremely arrogant and indifferent and gets offended if you criticize and complain about the food. I stopped by the restaurant and bought a durum roll for 69 kr last week. When you pay 69 for a durum roll, you also expect the food to taste good.
I ate my durum roll on the way home and. It was clear that the bread was cold and the meat (kebab) was very old. I threw up afterwards.
I chose to call them and complain about it. The owner gets offended and is short-tempered. It is the customers who are the stupid ones. In the end he threatens to call the police and arrogantly hangs up. I have to admit that they had made 30 durum rolls before and he did not think the meat was too old. Well no, otherwise I would not complain - THE MEAT WAS OLD AND THE BREAD HAD NOT HAD ENOUGH !!!!!
You simply cannot be familiar with that!! You should be ashamed of yourself deep in hell. Stay far away!! Do yourself a favor and don't go in there and I strongly urge you to avoid Castello.
