20/08/2025: Food quality is not good even for the simplest item like kanelsnurre (cinnamon roll). I was served with a frozen one today. When asked, the service desk informed that McD has no option to heat it. They said that According to the standard operating procedure, such items are defrosted by just keeping it outside for six hours and today the thawing time was just for 1 hr or two.

05/08/2025: Stayed for 30 mins tables left in a mess all over the restaurant not just the photos. Rubbish outside the front door. Very poor conditions. Staff where more interested in hanging out behind the counter. Place was extremely quite so no reason for it to be left in that state.

14/07/2025: Have got it wrong 3 times In durum there should be kebab salad dressings you got chicken without and say so Then I ordered some days tendons with durum with chicken salads dressings didn't get it all then I ordered a pita bread with kebab then suddenly got half chicken and half kebab without and eat it Then I ordered in it with pita bread kebab salads dressings you didn't get it all even though you write that it should just be kebab salads dressings How hard is it to understand what you write tired of the different all the time and the old days were in a lot of begging without problems

18/07/2025: Unfortunately, a rather disappointing experience. Bought two plain croissants and a third remonce pastry (they have an offer of 3 pastries for 80 DKK) as well as two coffees. I paid 182 DKK in total which is a lot even for Copenhagen standards. I will give them that the pastries are relatively large which means that one croissant can probably be shared between two people. However, that’s about the only positive thing I have to say. The service was okay, the waitress had a bit of an attitude - perhaps from agitation because it was very hot in the café. The food is okay but really nothing special and definitely not worth the money. The croissant was too soft. The other pastry was better but still just a tad bland. The coffees were good but I wouldn’t go here just for coffee. And to add to the overall very mediocre experience, I found a hair inside one of the pastries. Safe to say, I won’t be going to Granny’s House again.

08/07/2025: Disappointing experience. The girls behind the counter were really nice and helpful, but the products themselves are not worth the price. The Spandauer was nice enough, but not really worth the 25 kr. Their fragilité tasted old, and we had to throw it out. I've heard that their bread is okay, but I probably won't buy sweet things from them again.
