17/09/2025: Only been there for brunch - but great service with lots of good and delicious food that is constantly being replenished with new food - very service-minded and friendly staff

07/10/2025: Their spice level on dishes is not disclosed enough, therefore ordering food that most would find inedible is a bit too easy. I have had food from there before without any problems but it seems like the spiciness depends on the day and the weather.

25/09/2025: My boyfriend and I went in to get two sandwiches and we both agreed that it's probably the best "build-your-own-sandwich" place we've ever been to. The food is good and the service was friendly with a smile, the only "honest" thing is that the place isn't closer to where we live, because we'd happily go back here again ✨️

23/10/2025: We held a major event at Grannys in Søborg and it was a really disappointing experience. I rarely take the time to write reviews but this was really not up to par and therefore deserves a bad review. Throughout, there has been poor communication and a bad tone towards us customers. There were dirty plates, dirty cutlery containers, beer was served for the event when the date had passed. When we arrived and were supposed to decorate, it had not been prepared as agreed and there were dirty tablecloths on the tables. Our contact person for the event suddenly left for the day without saying goodbye and we generally had to take the initiative ourselves and ask when, for example, coffee could be served, etc. There was no good alignment of expectations before the event and proper fixed agreements from Granny's side and therefore there were so many misunderstandings that we got very tired of in the end. When we confronted the staff with the shortcomings of the day there was no understanding and we were not met with any regret or humility towards the things that were not right. I could give more examples but just don't hold your event here. It's not worth it.
