10/03/2024: A really enjoyable culinary experience and surprisingly good vegetarian tapas choices. Quite unusual to find tasty Spanish cuisine along the north coast of Zealand, so this was indeed a lucky find.

03/09/2023: You simply MUST visit Gilleleje Wine! It is a must! First, they make great wines. Not just according to Danish standards - no, these are really good wines. If you are lucky enough to get a tour of the vineyards and production facilities, you should of course take the chance. Their wines can be bought in the showroom and of course you shouldn't go home empty-handed 🙂.
02/09/2023: Merete and Søren and soong a great job with young Solaris vines. Their "Kattegat" single-varietal Solaris wine is fresh and crisp with pure aromas and flavors of gooseberry, passionfruit, elderflower, with a hint of ruby red grapefruit. A fantastic paring with crab, oysters, shrimp, and other seafood. Highly recommended 👍👏🇩🇰
