12/10/2024: Italy in Denmark. Perfect food, environment, service, drinks. Even a little smoke from the kitchen didn't bother me, but reminded me of home, where everything happens.
Here you don't feel like a customer, but a welcome guest. A unique mood from the first to the last minute of the visit. I fell in love with this place and the host🤗🥰

24/08/2024: We are simply thrilled with this little gem. Always incredibly delicious food, good service where there is always time (and knowledge) to talk about the food, the origin of the ingredients (entirely local - often brought by bicycle). Good selection of beer, wine and wonderful homemade kombucha.
The price is also very reasonable.

We got 5
So when we got home, a person was sitting without food, the damn thing gets bad when we call you, we just have to say no, we can call. Tomorrow and that they have given all the things, we had received all the things, we had not called you guys, you get bad service

15/09/2024: Delicious, Delicious Great butter fried plaice, which we enjoyed with a large glass of dry white wine in the evening sun in the courtyard. It is not easy to get such good and fresh plaice served elsewhere on the North Coast, so please stop by Le Papillon the next time the family wants fresh fish served.
At the same time, you don't have to listen to a smug, self-satisfied waiter, here the service is down to earth, natural and friendly.
There is quite a bit of "Retro" about the place, but in a good way. Did our sct. His night at a party.

20/09/2024: Quiet and calm shop, but still lots of activity.
03/06/2024: I have to send a big pat on the back to the woman who stood behind the cash register this morning, where she first had to inform that she could only accept card payments and even though she was frustrated by the situation, she still showed great patience and empathy for an elderly gentleman who could not understand why it was so. The box that worked also started to cause problems and even though it put more pressure on her, she managed to keep an overview and keep us customers updated on the situation. After restarting the system several times, she had to call for service. I didn't get my morning coffee, but it wasn't her fault.

26/10/2024: It turned out that there was a "concert menu". This means that you can only get both starter and main course for DKK 195. We were explained that the kitchen did not have time to prepare ordinary main courses without a starter. I would call it peasant capture.

Not much happens, but had a nice little time with beer and good company 😃
29/07/2024: We were just there for coffee and cake, which was excellent! But it's actually a bar with a pool table and a long counter and is already busy on a weekday afternoon. You don't really expect that in Denmark, but there might be a German cliché that bothers you.

25/11/2024: If you serve a breaded flatfish on a piece of toast, topped with some shrimp, perhaps you shouldn't call it a shooting star. The accompanying salad was hidden in a load of cheap Thousand Island dressing and removed any taste of greens. Duck in sweet and sour sauce was neither sour nor sweet, but consisted of a sticky batter with no taste. Like the pre-made vegetable mix tasted boring. The salt shaker was stuck in the container with a variety of soy sauce and chili, due to grease and dirt.
28/10/2024: The people working are very friendly. I recommend duck with rice, it's delicious

28/09/2024: Nice restaurant and location in the city. I ordered a love menu with 40 pieces. Sushi for pick up. Not impressed, quality and freshness tend to be higher. Practice practice.

22/08/2024: I can only recommend this restaurant. The food was very good and the service was also very friendly, a really great place to end the evening or have lunch. I love it and I hope i can go there again before I leave Denmark 👍
