11/02/2024: ESPRESSO HOUSE CITY2 Have never ever experienced such bad customer service at Espresso house in City2 really rude employees who need a course in how to talk to and treat their customers. We bought a black coffee and a frapino, then we wanted to please our daughter with an ice cream from the shop opposite. Then comes the person in charge, a dark-haired person who then tells us directly that we must pack our things and leave the area, because even though we have bought things from you, we must leave the place because we bought ice cream in the other store. I try to tell her what we should do with our coffee bought from you, should you reimburse me if I'm not allowed to drink it, but she refuses and raises her voice that we must leave the area now. I ask her to speak nicely when the child who was with us started crying and got scared but your employee was indifferent to everything. I probably won't pass by your cafe next time, despite your good coffee. Your employee would not give a name, but posted that she was the boss, a thin dark-haired one.

03/02/2024: It is a shame for Espresso House that they do not teach all their cafe employees in the various stores how to make a proper coffee latte. I have drunk coffee latte and triple latte many times in my life, and among other things The kingdom and waves where I come the most, they can find out what is expected. Good service, sweet and good for making lattes. Now I have repeatedly experienced in city2 that they burn the milk, which first causes my tongue to burn, and the taste experience is completely different. I politely tell the barista that the milk is burnt and if it is possible with a new one. From the start, she has attitude and sighs but then sets about making a new one. When it's my wife who picks up the new one, the barista asks if she's had a Triple latte before as it might well be strong, and starts discussing how hot a latte should be where after my wife googles it and it comes up on Espresso House's own page how hot the milk should be and shows it to the employee where after she says it is wrong, where after she shouts and says it should not be discussed. If I were you Espresso House, I would put energy into making this store optimal. And it's never okay to stand and shout at customers. After all, coffee latte with burnt tongue, they could not accommodate and bad behavior. They never made No. 2 latte less hot, but stuck to their argument that it was as hot as it should be, even if it was just hard to hold if the coffee was so hot, the cup was boring, can't be recommended.

24/03/2024: Worst kebab, the chicken was RAW and when I mention it to the owner, I get scolded for complaining!!! NEVER setting foot there again!

20/11/2023: Very bad experience. Just paid NOK 22 for a roll with cheese, which I threw in the bin the second I left the store. The clerk clearly has a cold and is coughing into his hand for the followers to grease my bun. No use of hand washing or gloves. Damn disgusting! AD! I will NEVER go there again.

28/10/2023: We have now been there 3 times, and all 3 times have had to ask them to use gloves for greasing buns, or to use the tongs that are right next to the cakes when they take cakes. SUCH bad hygiene. The nose was wiped with the hand, and after that the tongs are taken to move it away from the cakes, and take the cakes with the fingers. Damn disgusting, and I simply cannot understand why hygiene is not thought about when you have a baker who sells food. The clerk was clearly annoyed that we asked if she would be nice to use the pliers. Unbelievably disgusting. And incredibly grumpy employees. Really not recommendable. Practice Only get 1 star because it is not possible to give 0
