29/09/2024: Bought 2 pizzas. When it was opened it was half cooked. Unfortunately, 2 slices was eaten before parents ate.
Took it back to get a refund or a new one. The giys did not accespt thats its half cooked . Saying that ut looks uncooked due to the pineapple pieces on it. Say cannot help.
Utterly bad experience with the customer service. Taking money is always prompt but anything bad is not acceptabe by them. Be careful before you collect your food.

11/10/2024: We had afternoon tea by the beautiful sea view. The waiter was friendly and energetic. Nice selection of teas. Beautiful flowers as Karen Blixen would make it. Hugely delicious sandwiches, even if they weren't quite traditional. Super delicious scones and cakes, although I would have preferred blackcurrant jam to the one with passion fruit that we got. Lemon curd perfect. Whipped cream should have been clotted cream. But the only real downside was that we couldn't finish eating

18/10/2024: Ordered a Flat White, got a coffee that tasted like warm milk. Goes to the clerk and says: 'sorry but my coffee is quite thin' she then wants to explain to me the difference between cortado and flat white. I have bought many Flat Whites here in Lagkagehuset, this one has too much milk, or too little coffee. She demonstratively pours it out, saying 'I'm making a new one' I said she could just put an extra shot in. So it costs DKK 5, she replies, with irritation in her voice. Get a brand new one that tastes as it should. Shows her that it is actually nice. She just turns and leaves. So excuse me, I'm not here to bother you, besides, I keep my money there. Try with a little service after YOUR own fault.
10/07/2024: I was today 10/6-24 visiting Lagkagehuset Hørsholm. When I ordered, I paid in cash and the person who took it didn't count the coins, so I ended up paying too much. When I went up again to inquire about it, someone else served me. She didn't seem very organized and told me that since she didn't see a mistake, she couldn't do anything. I then sat down again to enjoy my food, when I then hear two girls screaming from the till, where I see the two girls playing and fooling around after each other very loudly.
It was a disappointing and very unprofessional performance and a disappointing visit to a store that otherwise never disappoints.

24/10/2024: A sloppy experience. The ceiling was full of stains and in several places the ceiling was very peeling. The food was nothing to write home about. Ground beef was a charred tow steak. Very poor quality food. Will not come again
05/09/2024: It's not that the food is bad - it kinda is, but that's not the issue. But when I pointed this out to the owner, he literally verbally abused me.
Avoid at all cost. Rude, mediocre food at best, not worth your time or money.

04/06/2024: We were 8 people who visited Rungsted GK for two days of play.
Everything was top notch!
Very nice reception, a nice course in top condition and a very good restaurant. Recommended!
