27/08/2025: Probably some of the worst fast food we've ever had. Their "snack basket" is a study in the most tacky frozen foods, so far from their own website description of wanting to "tease your senses".
The pizza with chicken, pepperoni and bacon (called "Ferroperm") was incredibly boring and uninspiring.
If the pizza dough and tomato sauce are from a 30 year old family recipe, we would really consider starting a new tradition!
The harbor is a beautiful place with atmosphere and good energy - what a shame that this place doesn't contribute to this!
23/08/2025: The food is not worth coming for. The service is really nice though. Fast and friendly.
We got an ordinary burger and a chicken burger. The chicken was definitely frozen. The cheese had just come out of the plastic (bad processed cheese). The fries tasted of absolutely nothing unless we dipped them in the chili mayo which by the way cost 10 kr more than the Alm mayo. Grimbergen beer was thin as if water had been poured in. We will not come here again. They think they can serve bad food just because they are in a sought after location.

23/06/2025: It smelled of old oil. It was impossible to communicate over the phone. Even when we were there, the Chinese gentleman asked if we wanted to eat here or take away. I said we didn't eat here but we wanted to see the menu, so the Chinese gentleman asked 2-3 times if he wanted to eat here or take away. There was almost nothing on the menu and there was something different on the plate and on the menu. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

08/06/2025: Had ordered afternoon tea for 3pm for 3 people. The service was, under all criticism, slow and disorganized. There weren't even scones for all three of us and we had to point out that there were missing scones ourselves, they were sold out, we were told - so we could get a croissant instead. Unfortunately, I only discovered when I got home that they had charged 30 kr more on the bill than what the price was according to the website - that's the principle and not the amount. So all in all, a very bad experience in the restaurant. But the museum is a nice experience.

27/10/2025: I ordered a magherita, thought great I'll have a pizza with lots of cheese. No it tasted like a pizza with nothing on it, the service was really bad. Tried to start a conversation with them several times but no they didn't care, said good day. They said thank you, no ilm or you too. Really bad experience, the pizza cost 79😐
18/10/2025: No sense of costumer service. We bought a pizza between their 11-16 lunch discount but because we didn’t ask for the discount before ordering we had to pay full price.
Also two of our pizzas weren’t cooked properly.

06/08/2025: We ordered fries, a La Mafia pizza and a kebab. The fries were all soft, because the bag was sealed instead of punched. They were not eaten. The pizza had been in the oven for far too long and was black on top.
31/03/2025: We took kebab boxes. It was delicious. You can buy extra hot sauce if you want. The only thing I wish there was an option of kebab boxes with rice. The place itself is very clean and the staff are all friendly.

04/05/2025: Den bedste sushi. Frisk, sprød og lækker. Bestemt et sted der kan anbefales at besøge! Dertil rigtig venlig og rar betjening.

24/08/2025: Visiting from overseas and came by for a round of golf. Very accesible golf course, which is just right by a train station. Staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful course and well maintained too!

30/04/2025: Joe & The Juice is always a pleasure to visit! The food and drinks are fresh and tasty, but what really makes the experience special are the staff. They are smiling, energetic and welcoming, you immediately feel the good atmosphere they create. Regardless of how busy it is, the team manages to maintain an overview and provide personal and friendly service. They are fast, professional and always have a good energy that rubs off on the customers.
A café where both the quality and the service are top notch.
