10/02/2024: Dejlig beliggenhed, god stemning

28/01/2024: A disappointing experience. We had planned lunch, but everything we wanted was sold out (Sunday 12.30). So we had to make do with coffee and cake, which was excellent, but a bit expensive. Stressed staff openly walking around the room talking about how much they had to do. The table was not properly cleaned. Blixen's museum deserves better!

13/02/2024: It's cozy surroundings, and that's it! The service was under all criticism. We asked for a knife for our warmed flutes and bagel. Unfortunately, this could not be done, we were told repeatedly. We had to wait until the dishwasher was finished!! Guess if the food had gone cold. While waiting, they could have conveniently baked the expensive crossaints, which were unbaked inside. The coffee was ok tasty. Therefore one star. Where do the young people get training in having customers? There seems to be a lack of leadership here.

25/12/2023: Was in Espresso House in Hørsholm. Bought take-away, not the best service, maybe because there are often new clerks I think it's great that I can find the calorie content of products on the website. Something I often miss in many other places. Cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Biggest minus at Espresso House: Love their "Ice Cream Matcha with Vanilla" Meeen is disappointed - when I order a large iced matcha, I get to fill my large mug with ice from bottom to top. So it's actually only half a portion of "ice Matcha" in my large mug for DKK 55. Asked the clerk Camilla if I could have just a little ice in it, and not a full cup of ice - Yes, you can, but then you won't get a full mug of Ice Matcha! Ok, so if I only get a little ice in my mug - then I only get half an iced matcha 😪

12/02/2024: The worst brunch I've ever had. Everything tasted of frying margarine and the yoghurt tasted too old. Really poor! Had to pay for a glass of water even though we had both bought coffee and soda.

03/02/2024: Comfortable and you can sit more and have a good time... neat and orderly...
