02/10/2025: Normally I have no interest in writing reviews against someone else's livelihood. But here I can't help it. The pizza tasted dry, and the dough had no flavor, as if it had just been in the fridge for several days, which they should just sell instead of throwing away. I got a stomach ache afterwards.... And the service is miserable, I have never experienced anything like it. I will not come here again, even though the price is ok compared to other places. I don't understand how it can still be open with all the bad reviews I read here. I think it's a shame, because it seems like there are really good and nice people in the store. But I think there is a mistake on the part of the management

07/11/2025: Amazing breakfast. Nihaari is one of the best you can find in copenhagen.

11/11/2025: A great bar with a range of Danish and international beers. The interior was cosy and also had plenty of outdoor seating with heaters. Staff were friendly.

22/10/2025: Male server or manager does not smile, instead smoking cigarettes and just scrolling on his phone. We expected expensive drinks in this area of Copenhagen but some customer service would be nice. Limited food options but our meal was okay.

27/09/2025: Some of the food was cold and it takes way too long to get your food. We waited almost half an hour for 4 burgers and 2 of them were cold

15/11/2025: The guy who stands by the shawarma knows everything about hygiene, by the way! He takes the sausage in his hand, no gloves at all! He also opens the damn fridge with his hand and holds the sausage with the same hand. I work at the center myself and never eat from there again.

13/06/2025: The service is terrible, unhygienic, they take off their gloves before they finish cooking the food, the staff is very unprofessional, they don't give the customer time to think about what they want in their food, the staff don't talk to each other, they ask 100 times what to order. They only put 2 pieces of feta cheese even though I asked them for more, my food didn't turn out the way I wanted it, as she chose to take off her gloves and touch my food WITHOUT gloves, even though I hadn't finished the vegetables. The food was ok, but too expensive for what you get, all in all a terrible experience with poor service

20/11/2025: Shut up it tasted like hell, their meat wasn't even fully cooked, no one at home liked it.

03/11/2025: I actually don't think I've ever experienced such poor service at a McDonald's. Whether it's inside the store or if you order via an app. You meet staff who seem like they're ONLY there for the money, and not to provide a good experience and service for their customers. You always wait longer than you should, even when it's NOT busy. And when you order, there's always at least one item missing or replaced with something else. Just stay away from McDonald's Friheden!

25/09/2025: Waited about 30 minutes for a soda and a sugar doughnut. Went to the counter and asked where my order was. They asked what number and order contents I had. I told them and they started to prepare it a little later. I got my soda and a little later I got a completely frozen doughnut - was told I had to wait to eat it because it had been frozen. I asked for my money back, but instead got a chocolate cookie. Shortly before this came, a man came down and asked if it was right that he had to wait over 20 minutes for his food. A little later it happened to be ready for him. Stay away from here. This is not the first time I have experienced slow food delivery. No matter how busy they are, the wait is long - even if you only have to pick up fries (you can wait about 20 minutes for that, right?).
