28/09/2026: Slutty trip starts well but ends badly at Hong Kong Bar😳 In Hong Kong you get accused of stealing when you just want to pay for a bottle of water. After that you get kicked out of the bar, even though we had ordered 7 drinks too!

27/09/2026: Had a really bad experience where the staff were not friendly and welcoming.

20/09/2026: Really good place and good employees who provide really great service, It's a really good place I can recommend. The prices are reasonable.

17/09/2026: Efficient and fast. Tastes good. Tomato sauce is really good.

12/08/2026: I had ordered beef stroganoff, which I really like, but I was disappointed like I've never been. The meat, which should have been thin strips of beef tenderloin or inner thigh, was some lumps of stringy, indeterminate meat, the rest was impossible to determine what it had originally been. The only positive thing was that it was easy to get rid of a few hours after eating some of the so-called beef stroganoff

13/04/2026: We were down and ordered a pork roast with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. When we got home the skins were completely limp, the mashed potatoes were cold. And I bought a large burger and it's inedible 👎 Will never go there again

08/09/2026: Ordered a pork roast sandwich. Has nothing to do with pork roast. It was just ordinary pork roast. Sorry - not ok to call it pork roast when it's not.

22/08/2026: Ordered food from them and I tried to be patient with them. After 1.5 hours my food still hasn't arrived. My guests ended up getting impatient and went home hungry. If I could give them 0 stars I would have

07/04/2026: Great burger and fries. Helpful staff. Definitely recommendable. The place seems big and impersonal though.

11/03/2026: I just had to pick it up and it was easy. Great service and it was really tasty. This won't be the last time I'll come by.

05/07/2026: Unfortunately, I can't give a minus. The most incompetent place in Denmark with the rudest people in the industry, arrogant on the phone, but it must be said that not all of them are there, but on Saturday night at 4:00 am on June 21. Have they AGAIN lost control of their ordering app via Wolt and when you call and ask why they are rejecting, the most condescending employee claims we will close in a little while DESPITE it being said on everything including Google Wolt etc that it is at 5:00 am, this is the second time I have ordered from them, it is quite grotesque, the first time they couldn't figure out how to bring hot food, even the wrong food, I am surprised that the place has some positive comments, but of course you can promise people free food or in return for positive reviews, I actually know two who have been "offered" but I wonder if the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration should stop by...🤨

01/07/2026: Got screwed over by their delivery guy because he can't read an address. Even my neighbor had to come out and ask if I needed help. And my address was spelled correctly. I tried several times to explain that there are periods and commas between the numbers. But in vain

03/11/2025: I actually don't think I've ever experienced such poor service at a McDonald's. Whether it's inside the store or if you order via an app. You meet staff who seem like they're ONLY there for the money, and not to provide a good experience and service for their customers. You always wait longer than you should, even when it's NOT busy. And when you order, there's always at least one item missing or replaced with something else. Just stay away from McDonald's Friheden!

25/09/2025: Waited about 30 minutes for a soda and a sugar doughnut. Went to the counter and asked where my order was. They asked what number and order contents I had. I told them and they started to prepare it a little later. I got my soda and a little later I got a completely frozen doughnut - was told I had to wait to eat it because it had been frozen. I asked for my money back, but instead got a chocolate cookie. Shortly before this came, a man came down and asked if it was right that he had to wait over 20 minutes for his food. A little later it happened to be ready for him. Stay away from here. This is not the first time I have experienced slow food delivery. No matter how busy they are, the wait is long - even if you only have to pick up fries (you can wait about 20 minutes for that, right?).
