05/12/2024: The store is terrible at handling Mc Drive. It always takes at least 20 minutes, even if there is no queue. Take it on Kettevej or Valby instead.
18/11/2024: There are simply too many errors in the orders. In addition, they do not answer the phone or respond to messages. It is particularly a problem when you have ordered for delivery and they simply do not respond to Wolt's inquiries to fix the mistakes that have been made.

16/11/2024: If you're into burgers with 2* ingredients, you'd love this one!
I missed more in my "Crunchy Chick Combo" burger.
The milkshake is delicious!
19/10/2024: It's actually a nice enough place, with really good burgers for the price. However, the employees seem as if they don't want to talk to or help their customers, unless it is strictly necessary 😆 Better service could have pulled the place up to 4 stars.

23/11/2024: Ordered a family pizza via Wolt at 02.05. Estimated delivery time was 02.40-03.00.
At 03.05 we call the pizzeria to find out how far they are, since we couldn't track the order.
On the phone, he replies "we'll be there in a moment".
At 03.18 we have still not received anything and we are calling again. Here he says "we will be there in 2 minutes".
It's 3:40 a.m. and my friends (who were supposed to share the pizza with me) choose to go home.
At 03.55 the driver appears at my main entrance, i.e. after 1 hour and 50 minutes. I declined the pizza and I'm still waiting for a refund.
It is not okay to deliver so late and the experience does not improve either when you are told "we will be there in a moment" or "we will be there in 2 minutes" and then show up 50-55 minutes after it has been said.
If you know you are 50 minutes late, you tell the customer. Had we known it would take so long, we wouldn't have waited for the food, but we did until we couldn't anymore.
Considering all the other reviews on this pizzeria, it doesn't occur to me that the service here is terrible (just look at the other reviews).
The place should be closed.

24/03/2024: Pragtfuld middag, fantastisk service. Gode omgivelser. Føler sig rigtig velkommen. En oplevelse som man bør unde sig selv. Vær opmærksom på at her hænger kvalitet og pris sammen.
16/03/2024: Vi fik en 10-retters tastning menu med tilhørende vinmenu. Alt var afstemt og pris og kvalitet hænger godt sammen.
Vi havde nogle ændringer til maden bl.a. en som kun spiste fisk. Pia fandt hurtig en løsning.
Et besøg værd. Vi kommer hvert fald igen.

Update after having been there several times and the staff and the pipes are still top notch👍
