23/11/2024: Ordered a family pizza via Wolt at 02.05. Estimated delivery time was 02.40-03.00. At 03.05 we call the pizzeria to find out how far they are, since we couldn't track the order. On the phone, he replies "we'll be there in a moment". At 03.18 we have still not received anything and we are calling again. Here he says "we will be there in 2 minutes". It's 3:40 a.m. and my friends (who were supposed to share the pizza with me) choose to go home. At 03.55 the driver appears at my main entrance, i.e. after 1 hour and 50 minutes. I declined the pizza and I'm still waiting for a refund. It is not okay to deliver so late and the experience does not improve either when you are told "we will be there in a moment" or "we will be there in 2 minutes" and then show up 50-55 minutes after it has been said. If you know you are 50 minutes late, you tell the customer. Had we known it would take so long, we wouldn't have waited for the food, but we did until we couldn't anymore. Considering all the other reviews on this pizzeria, it doesn't occur to me that the service here is terrible (just look at the other reviews). The place should be closed.
