15/05/2025: Dear McDonald's Team, I would like to share feedback regarding my today's visit. While I’ve always appreciated the quality of the food and the efficiency of your service, I feel compelled to raise a serious concern about the environment on the upper floor of the restaurant, where the children’s playground is located. I stopped by with my young son, expecting a quick and pleasant meal and a play time in the designated family area. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but that. A group of teenagers was "hanging out" in the area—loudly cursing, burbing, and behaving in a highly inappropriate and intimidating manner. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe, and it completely ruined our appetite. What’s most disturbing is that this is the same space meant for families with children. I did not notice any security cameras or clear supervision. While staff briefly came to deliver orders, there was no one actively monitoring or addressing the situation. Sadly, this is not the first time I’ve encountered such an issue at this location. I urge McDonald's to take this feedback seriously and consider implementing better oversight—whether through dedicated staff presence, visible security measures, or improved camera surveillance—to ensure this space remains safe and welcoming for families. This experience has made me reconsider future visits, which is disappointing as we’ve previously enjoyed stopping by. I hope to see positive changes that make all customers, especially those with children, feel respected and secure. Sincerely

12/05/2025: The little old hong kong lady is rude, aggressive and creepy. She fooled us and we paid a lot. I ak so angry!!!

11/05/2025: Hot chocolate is nesquik!!!!!!!!! We complained, the woman was veeeery rude! Don't go to this place!
