10/11/2024: Happy and satisfied. Have bought from jware 11 times. Generally fast delivery on my orders and no shortages. Made a mistake on the last order on a stressful and down time day. I received an email the next day reminding me that my order had not been paid for, however this was because I had put things in the basket to see what it would add up to when I budgeted for November when I wanted to order was but the basket is empty. I therefore made a new one with a few changes and ordered. It soon dawned on me that I had made a mistake and the amount I sent on mobilepay did not match the final order I had placed. Contacted Jware by phone who confirmed that the "real" order had been paid for the day before and that it had been shipped. I was greeted with kindness and patience, despite the fact that I was a bit confused during the conversation. Got my money back quickly. When the order came there was an error (production error I think, almost empty product) - again contacted jware by phone, was asked if I just wanted a new one with the next order. I had to use it so said I wanted it now and was sent a new one with no problems or hernia. Thank you for good service 😁

23/07/2024: We stopped here before passing the bridge to Sweden cos we wanted some good Danish food for lunch. Great genuine Danish smørrebrød. Me and a friend tried 3 different each. They also had new made pork skin snacks that was amazingly tasty. Good prices and woman working there was kind. Its in Bauhaus building. The place itself is not so nice, but don't matter.
