23/02/2025: Eating out in Ishøj is something of a desert trek. There is virtually nothing but ultra-processed fast food. But then Arkens Cafe is a bright spot. In the good weather, my wife and I went for a walk, and on the way had lunch at the Ark. We got the sour cod which tasted excellent. The only minus was that we lacked side plates for the bread - we had to use the napkins. To this we drank a lager and IPA - also absolutely perfect. Friendly and efficient service.

03/04/2025: Placed an order on 1 April. It says 1-2 days delivery time. Today, the 3rd, I still haven't received the tracking number from gls, despite the ones yesterday. April 2 said the package would be shipped the same day. I have written to customer service and called. Nothing has happened. I think it's too bad when you spend DKK 1000 on tobacco and then nothing happens.

06/03/2025: We were in Leo's Playland today, 6/3-2025. We have used the playground several times, without problems - "only" dirty toilets, but otherwise really nice experiences. Our daughter preferred Leo's playland today, instead of Dinos, which we as parents gave in to as she is of course the one who enjoys it the most. Not only was the wait long for food, we were so outraged and completely shocked at how bad the food tasted. It was like there was something completely wrong with the food, but we didn't want to point anything out as we figured it was the standard of food in a playland. Three quarters of an hour later, we are still in a bad mood and decidedly nauseous after our taste experience. The fact that you can also celebrate birthdays there is almost worrying for the parents to throw money at. You have tasted a lot of food that you don't think is right, but it was downright inedible and we had to throw it all in the bin; with only a few bites eaten. Now we are standing several hours after the visit, with me, who has extreme nausea that is not due to my pregnancy and a stomach ache, my husband and daughter are completely affected by an extremely bad stomach and violent nausea. Long, long waiting time for food, 300 kroner in food and a bad stomach and nausea, is what you can totally expect if you visit the playground on 6 March. So, so disgusting! And so annoying now to have to lag behind.
