06/12/2025: Terribly bad customer service when it comes to online ordering. Buy from their physical store if you are desperate, otherwise it is not worth it. I have waited a week for my package that I bought, when they advertised next day delivery. I only got an update on my package when I asked for the order confirmation. The package still has not left their warehouse.
Very dissatisfied, and I can probably continue to be so until next week when I receive the package.
Will not buy here again.
According to the owner's response:
Continued poor branding, especially when I read the many similar reviews with the same purchase experience. Cbdanmark.eu does not have the same challenges. The prices are also significantly better. I am now a happy customer in another store, which speaks for itself.
If you sincerely regret such purchase experiences, you should reach out by email, or provide an email address with which arbitrary compensation can be made. You sell medicine, but sell it like street pushers on the internet.
In other words, a lame response to a crappy review is not enough to make up for anything. Fix your website, or stop misinforming customers (unless it's a technical error, which is still on your end of the transaction. Compensation is something you should offer in these circumstances, not something you should demand). You're bleeding customers.
If I could give you 0 stars, I would.

12/05/2026: I bought a chicken box but that was not gud as expected and the half of chicken was burn. Moreover, it was way too expensive chicken box.
15/04/2026: Super delicious food. We arrived late, 8:30 PM so there was only the last meat left on the skewer but it still tasted amazing and was really juicy. Definitely recommended!

03/02/2025: Pizza quality is medium okey . Not baked nicely, The chef smell very badly when I went to takeaway , the kitchen old guys don’t have any manners. How to talk with customers. Never seen this kind of chef who don’t know how to interact with customers.

29/12/2025: I highly recommend their pizzas.
07/11/2025: I ordered two pizzas, which are also on their menu with a cola for 208 kr. When I called, I gave my address and order, but forgot to say the word “menu.” The delivery came without a cola – and at a higher price than the menu.
Instead of showing some normal customer service and saying “you know, you can get it as a menu and save a little?”, they just choose to take the more expensive price without mentioning anything.
It seems petty and frivolous, especially when you’re talking about a 30 kr. difference. I find it hard to believe that it was a coincidence – because honestly, who would voluntarily order the exact same thing, just more expensive and inferior? I’m left with the feeling that if my name or background had matched those I spoke to, the situation might have been handled differently.
The pizza wasn’t hot either.
In short: poor service, zero friendliness – and one less customer.

16/05/2026: There was poor service as you had to repeat your order several times because the person who was supposed to receive it kept saying "what" and gloves were not used or hands were not washed between servings and sausages were taken out of the fridge and thrown on the table next to the cash register on some paper that did not look clean, all in all a really bad experience of the place unfortunately.
31/03/2026: I had a really good experience at Helles Smørrebrød. The smørrebrød was super delicious, beautifully presented and made with fresh ingredients – you can really taste the quality.
The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, and the staff were nice and welcoming. It felt like a place where attention to detail has been paid.
Definitely a place I would recommend if you are into classic Danish smørrebrød – I would love to come back!

24/08/2025: A small pizzeria offering a variety of dishes. We had burgers. They were very freshly prepared and very well seasoned. The owner speaks English, Danish, some German, and Turkish.

08/01/2024: My son bought a chicken sandwich with his friends during recess. When my son took a bite, he felt something hard in his food. He checked what it was and found a huge bone in his food. When he went back to complain and said his teeth were almost broken, they didn't care.

26/08/2025: Really cozy place and especially on a summer day in August it was great to sit outside.
We ordered 2 pieces of open sandwiches, as we have never been here before and there was more than enough and it tasted super good and homemade.
Definitely a place we will come again.
Nb: Also really sweet and quick handling, when I did a stunt, which included the first aid kit quickly arriving :-)
