11/05/2025: The Sunday buffet is nothing to shout about... at all. There is also no space :/ And when the waiter at the same time squeezes in a 10% tip, I quit. He brought a (very expensive) round of sparkling water and soda, and then we saw no more of him. Keep in mind - it's a buffet - and therefore tipping doesn't make sense in this context either. And at those prices, the employees must get a stable wage. The food was ok, hence the two stars.

06/05/2025: Bought a SPOTDEAL for 5 people, but we had to wait 45 minutes for the service, so we had drunk half of our beer while waiting. Had to move for the food. It's not okay on a weekday at 12:30. Others who had arrived after us were served and we asked if they had forgotten us. The food was good and freshly prepared, but the fish fillets were almost cold, and it is unsatisfactory that the food was served in shared bowls for 5 people. It doesn't look delicate when you get to number 5.🤥. The portions seemed to be VERY SMALL (especially the tartar dish WITHOUT egg yolks), but because of the lovely fresh rye bread in 3cm thick slices, which had to be eaten by hand, everyone was full (despite 1 slice not being cooked through? or maybe watery?). Cozy surroundings with a beautiful view of the Øresund. Friendly and polite service, but it was not enough. All in all a visit I will not repeat.

12/05/2025: Like having a delicious, lovingly made, hone-cooked meal in someone's living room, with beautiful views out over the water and really friendly service.

08/04/2025: Spice Boat at DTU is a hidden gem, Tried their food on my last day and was floored by the authentic taste. Seriously better than many high end restaurants I’ve been to in lyngby. Wish I'd known about it earlier, but now I know where to eat when I'm back.

24/05/2025: The best recommendations for this wonderful cozy place✨✨✨✨✨ We hold our Knitting Group here every month and enjoy the cozy and relaxed atmosphere that is always in Villa Vi. We drink coffee and sometimes supplement it with delicious pastries, talk, laugh and knit. If the weather is good, we move out onto the cozy covered terrace. We also hold our Christmas lunch here and are spoiled with the most delicious tapas plate and small packages for wrapping come as an extra treat ❤️ big thanks to Elizabeth for creating this wonderful place❤️

12/04/2025: Hello, I stopped by Pops Pizza in Lyngby today and called at 20:26 to order a salad pizza. When picking up, I get a pizza without salad, as you were obviously about to close. It's simply not right. If not all ingredients are available at the time of ordering, you as a customer should be informed about this on the phone – not discover it until you are standing with the wrong pizza in your hand and still have to pay full price. This is really bad service and I am very disappointed. Hope you take note of it and improve communication in the future.

26/02/2025: Beware of high fees, we chose a bottle for 550 DKK but ended up paying 850 for it. Ask what the wine really costs before you choose it so you know what you are getting into

15/05/2025: I was down there today, where I first ordered a calzone, and a pizza. Where I then only got the pizza, and had to pay for it, where when I asked about the other thing I got an eye roll and was told that it wasn't there. So no calzone, where I then ordered on just eat to get our calzone. Our address looks completely wrong on the app, after which I call them and say that it looks a bit strange. Where I then get a sarcastic comment back, where it seems that they feel I'm stupid, and for that matter talk down to me. After which the conversation I get a message from just eat that the order has been postponed 15 minutes. The service is definitely not okay, don't know about the food, it's still waiting for it. Update: After one more chance, I chose to order something again, since nothing else was open. I gave the address to the apartment, but they chose not to go into the building. They then left a message and called where I then didn't hear back after 10 minutes. Where I then call back, where they then drove on "presumably" but where I get a comment that it will come back but no matter how the food is. Where I then politely ask if it will be cold when it arrives. Where I get a response with some condescending words and other things. Where I then get told that I will not get my food and the money is the same, even though I have paid, worst place I have ever experienced in my life. I have been cheated this time for 250 kr and no food.

22/04/2025: Got a pita bread with some chilli but unfortunately there was too much in it. But we can all make mistakes and they fixed it quickly. Then got a new pita bread and it was spot on. Usually think it's the best pizzeria in Lyngby.
